GoogleArranged a viewing for a property in abingdon. The estate agent did not show. Someone viewing the property 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment showed up as well. The agent did not show up for them either. There was no attempt to contact us or anyone picking up at the office. Will not use again.

GoogleI had an appointment booked in for 1o.45, waited for half hour after making a 2 hour journey from London. I called the estate agent who then informed me that "someone would be on there way". Very frustrated and in a rush to get to work I asked I'd they could come to the property as planned, she then suggested I wait for half 5mins. I explained the importance of getting back to work, and she then said she will be there in 5 minutes. Another 15minutes went past and I called back. no one came. At this point I realised she was wasting my time. We will not be using this company for the sale of our current property due to their incompetence and lack of integrity.
