Very untrustworthy and underhand

the worst Agents we have worked with and Lie until there caught out. accepted a offer on a property and have since found someone who will pay higher price. They failed to a advise the landlord we where ready to exchange and told the landlord we couldn't so they could sell to a buyer with a higher offer. When we caught them out they tried to pull it back ad offer it to us at a higher price.....
