GoogleCompletion on my house went through today. I chose Taylor's over other Estate Agents due to their professionalism and experience. Taylor's have been very helpful from initial visit to completion today. Will, Tara, Jackie, Ric and team were on hand to help with any queries I had and assist where required, even visiting my property when the buyers wanted to view again whilst I was away. So thank you to Taylor's. I would highly recommend them when selling your home.

GoogleI considered several estate agents when deciding to put my house up for sale, but opted for Taylors because I was impressed by their professionalism and confidence in selling my house. They told me they had several potential buyers interested in my type of house and, almost as soon as I opted for them they were sending people to view my house. The person who bought it had viewed my house before it was put on Taylors website. So in reality they sold it before advertising it, which is impressive. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of using. Their communication with us has been less than frequent (never) unless it was instigated by us. It was ourselves that sold the house not the agent. The poor service that has been offered by Taylors is one of the reasons why we decided to withdraw our house from the market, we where not paying for a service that we have never received.

GooglePretty poor to be honest. On more than one occasion they have contacted me about property. Each time the property is NOT in the area we had been looking to move into. I am only doing this review because once again I have been contacted and once again I have had to repeat my requirements. They do not list and do not appear to keep records of client requirements.

GoogleI'd happily recommend the Taylor's branch at Sandy. The team were professional and friendly. The house sold very quickly thanks to their proactive efforts at contacting prospective buyers. Communication throughout the process was prompt and effective. I'm glad we used them and I'm delighted that they helped us achieve the best possible price for our property. I'd definitely use their services again.
