GoogleMy contents insurance was due to either expire or go up in price after a year, so I contacted Taylors to get a better deal. I spoke to Sharna Raine, who was extremely helpful and quickly managed to find me a better deal, less than half the price of my previous contents insurance, and with a higher level of protection.

GoogleThe most unprofessional letting agency I have experienced in UK so far. I will never deal with them in the future and I hope for their business they will invest in some good people at each department. I would leave zero stars if it was possible.

GoogleVery, very positive experience with Taylors. They sourced more interest, viewings and potential buyers for my property and did everything they could to help during the sale process. It wouldnt have gone through without their hard work.

GoogleWe had an excellent service from start to finish at Taylors Bedford. The sales team were brilliant at promoting and getting offers in for our property, and the person that looked after us (Caroline) when it came to the legal side was brilliant!

GoogleAwful lettings service. Property was dirty upon moving in, administration fees ridiculously high and the knowledge of the agents was appalling. I have never rented a property from such shysters. Upon trying to leave my contract due to health reasons, they decided there was a £500 exit cost to re-let the property. If I didn't pay it, then the landlady was liable. There was NOTHING in the tenancy agreement about this, and when argued, they didn't give me a proper answer. Steer Clear from these con artists at all costs!

Hi Mark, You aren't able to break your contract without prior agreement from your Landlord or unless such times as the property becomes uninhabitable. The fee would have been to cover to the costs of the re-let for the Landlord so that they could release you with the minimum of disruption and you would have had to agree to this. GoogleWe came to Taylors to sell our home after we had bad experiences with 2 other estate agents. Finding a buyer is not so hard in this market, but closing the sale and managing that process is where we had issues before, and frankly by the time we got to Taylors we were very frustrated and stressed. Taylors definitely brought us more viewings, but it was after we found a buyer that they really excelled. We found Taylors to be highly professional, very process oriented, proactive and communicative and they drove the sale through, staying on top of everything for us. In particular Caroline did a great job of progressing the closing process, and Jamal provided great oversight to the whole deal and was available to us when we needed him.

GoogleVery poor experience with Taylor’s Bedford especially the property manager. She never responded when I approached her for couple of things while I was staying in a flat rented through Taylor’s. Now my contract finished and I have been waiting for my deposit for nearly one month. They either not pick my calls or apologies and give number of excuses for not giving my deposit.

GoogleI have been letting a property through Taylor's for nearly 3 years now. And can say very poor service. Never call back when they say they will. Etc etc. Airways promise a good professional service. I'm a very patient person. But have to say I'm at the end of my patients.

GoogleHad a fantastic service from start to Finish, Taylors put my house on the market and George found me a good buyer in just a few days, and then helped me search for a new property to move to which is perfect, Tony the manager helped me every step of the way and made the complete process simple and completely stress free I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone they where brilliant!
