GooglePoor communication from staff and they are extremely unprofessional on all levels. Be warned - They rarely give bonds as they find any excuse not to! High agency fees for a very poor service. I will not be using Taylor’s again.

GooglePoor communication. Very expensive agency fees. Once you've paid, all service slows down / stop. Can't get hold of anyone for the past two days.

GoogleAs a landlord, the Taylors' letting team provides a professional but friendly service. They are efficient administratively but,at the same time, make the client experience a pleasant one. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to any prospective landlords or tenants.

GoogleAs a cleaning contractor we have worked with many letting agencies in and around Cardiff. Taylors have proven to be head & shoulder above the rest in terms of organisation & professionalism. Customer service is excellent, staff always friendly & very helpful. Overall, a first class letting agency!

GoogleWe were looking to relocate from Carmarthen, Taylor's were the only lettings agent who went out of their way to suggest properties that might be suitable. Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. --- Re-review: Above still stands but unhappy about the amount they charge for agency fees (£400), renewal fees (£125) and "emergency line" only being open 9-5 week days. --- Also worth noting that after I changed my review they asked if there was "anything" they could do to change my review score, which makes me dubious about all of the 5* reviews on here.

GoogleHaving bought our flat through Taylors and being very pleased with that experience, they were our first contact when we wanted to rent it out. Maria and Gary were very helpful in explaining the local rental market, giving very quick responses and identifying several suitable tenants, quickly resulting in a very good rent and a very reliable tenant. The few problems experienced during the tenancy were dealt with quickly and efficiently via the main Countrywide services. At the end of the tenancy Taylors were again extremely helpful in the check-out process. One slight criticism is that the main Countrywide office handles the administration of the tenancy, including end of tenancy notice, and are rather impersonal. They work only to the letter of the tenancy and ignored my request for a slightly modified end date. However, as soon as we contacted Gary he quickly negotiated a mutually acceptable date with the tenant and handled it locally. The charges involved in the tenancy were not the cheapest, but having the confidence of such an efficient, quality service more than compensates. We will definitely call on Taylors if we decide to rent out the property again.

GoogleI have advertised, let and managed two apartments via this letting agency. I was rather pleasantly surprised with the outcome. Maria, who has been my contact and helping me, knows the market well and offers a very sound advice. All the work was done without any hassle. Tenants were found on the same day that I put the property out. Would recommend very much.

GoogleTerrible experience. Extortionate agency fees which they tried to take without us actually getting the flat, poor communication, and the feelings of it all being a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleTaylors in Cardiff Bay have once again delivered a great service in assisting me with a change of tenancy. When problems arise they are handled calmly and efficiently. All the office staff are helpful but special credit goes to Gary and to James for going the extra mile when I was under some time pressures. An excellent team doing a great job!

GoogleWhen we moved to Cardiff, Taylor’s found us an amazing flat in Cardiff Bay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issue and had our bond back without a problem. Years later we started our own business and now we work as contractors with Taylor’s. Gary and his team are really supportive. Would totally recommend them to tenants and landlords as their standards are really high.

GoogleFrancesca and James have been so helpful throughout the moving process. James was able to deliver on negotiating a contract which suited my needs. On our viewing of the property, he mentioned some of the work which was going to be carried out on the property and when I arrived I found that it actually had been carried out. While this sounds perfectly reasonable, it is in stark contrast to my experience renting in London where I was at the mercy of unreasonable agencies and landlords. (Thanks also to the landlord for actually doing the work!) Francesca is exceptionally responsive to all queries and has been so patient with the number of tedious requests I've made! It has been genuinely refreshing. Thanks!

GoogleCannot fault the service we received from the Taylor's cardiff bay lettings team! They were professional and helpful from day one. As first time landlords we didn't know where to start and they were on hand to help advise us through the whole process, above and beyond just finding the perfect tennants.
