GoogleAs a landlord, the Taylors' have provided me a professional and friendly service . they have rented my flat within 4 week as they promised. They are very efficient but, at the same time, make the client experience a pleasant one. Gary and Maria is very helpful always gives me a quick and affective service.

GoogleHaving used Taylors in the past for a Flat Purchase and also a rental property the service has always been excellent. The staff I have dealt with have always been friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If i am to rent a larger property I will always look to Taylors first before considering another Letting Agent.

GoogleI have several properties that I let out in London and Bedfordshire. Taylors are the one estate agent that I find to be friendly, helpful and above all efficient. The whole team are extremely helpful and friendly with particular reference to Jess Richardson. My property in Bedford was advertised on the Saturday and by the Monday we had a tenant. The team at Taylors assisted us with the tenancy, remedial & legal requirement works etc. I would definitely recommend Taylors without doubt.

GoogleDue to work and other commitments I am a serial renter, and have come across numerous different agencies in almost all areas of the country. I have frequently been disappointed by service, "after sales" support, delays with paperwork or issues with payments, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have been supported in one of our most recent searches by Taylors, Allhallows. Aside from the agent who kindly assisted with the viewing and documents we were more than ably assisted by Sharna Raine, the Lettings Co-ordinator. Despite the very short notice we had received from our previous landlords and the falling through of another property Sharna turned us around in double quick time and made sure we weren't left homeless or paying for expensive hotel/B&B accomodation and storage for our furniture. I would wholeheartedly recommend Taylors due to the choice and sheer volume of properties, but specifically Sharna for her excellent attitude, attention to detail and customer service skills.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Taylors since 2010 when my contact was Rachel Harris. Rachel looked after my property and found tenants on two separate occasions whilst I was living overseas. It gave me complete peace of mind that Taylors would re-market my property and produce good quality viewings, rather than just getting people through the door. I have had to let out the same property in 2012 and again Taylors were the agent who were most competitive on fees, and produced the most viewings. Chelsea Barber has been my contact, and again the service has been exceptional, and Chelsea has managed to work around a situation with my tenants by securing 6 months in rent in advance, which is a great effort. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylors, and in particular Rachel and Chelsea who are both friendly, responsive and have a can-do attitude.

GoogleI found taylors estate agents in oxford to be absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. Right from the offset I found Luke and his team to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to get my house on to the market very quickly and within just a couple of days I had floods of people viewing my home and before I knew it I had not one, but, two offers on the table. The guys at the office did what they do best and worked with my buyers and got them up to a price I was really really happy with, all I had to do was choose which one I wanted to go with. I highly reccommend anybody who is thinking about selling their home to sell through taylors, they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Luke recommended I used their in house solicitors and im glad I did, I was sold and moved within 10 weeks and they were able to help me through everything and if I had any questions all I had to do was ask Luke and he was able to explain everything to me. Should I move again I will deffinitely be using them. Taylors really do live up to being the best estate agents in the UK.

GoogleRecently I needed to let my property in Oxford so I arranged a couple of valuations from the local lettings agents. I had three people out including Natalie from Taylors she was by far the best person. She took time to explain the process to me as I'd never let a house before. She was honest with the valuation and the services that Taylors could offer. I had no hesitation in instructing Taylors. Soon after instructing them I had numerous viewings and within a week the place had been let. The admin team in the office are fantastic and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Taylors to anybody and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Natalie and the team. Luke

GoogleWe have rented out a detached house in Watford via Taylors for nearly 8 years now. We now live abroad and Taylors manage everything about the house for us, including maintenance when needed. The service is impeccable, and it is really great to be able to call up and know that the person answering the phone actually cares and will always follow up.

GoogleNot an honest experience! We saw a property to purchase with Taylors before it was on the market; thought that was brilliant! However they have been dilly dallying over a second viewing and finally we got to know the sellers were not interested! When I confronted them they just did not have time for us. Horrid experience!!
