GoogleI found Taylors extremely helpful throughout. In spite of various problems gaining access to view the property and then getting it through to completion, I felt they were on the case the whole time and very pro-active about responding to my enquiries. Would recommend.

GoogleThis is an excellent, thoroughly professional company which I wholeheartedly recommend. I required the services of a lettings agency for the first time this year and had a poor and very stressful experience with another agency before switching to Taylors. From the outset, their approach was reassuring and they communicated regularly and professionally throughout. Their marketing/reach is excellent and it took a matter of days to arrange a very good and suitable tenancy for my flat. I have full confidence in Taylors and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

GoogleI phoned Taylors to request a viewing on a property and spoke to Songul Acar. 3 Hours later I was at the property doing the viewing, so none of this waiting a couple of days to see a place. :) Songul was very open and honest with every question I had and very helpful. Decided to take the property immediately and we went straight to the office to do the initial paperwork. Due to certain circumstances of mine it wasn't going to be a straight forward letting. However, Songul liaised with the landlord on half a dozen occasions over the rest of the day and, by first thing the next day, everything was agreed and the paperwork just needed signing. First pleasurable experience I've ever had with an Estate Agent and will make sure Taylors are my first port of call for property matters in the future. NB: To Taylors - give Songul a promotion & pay rise, she deserves it ;)

GoogleLetted through Taylors and had multiple issues with the service worst of all one tenant (who was german) and was asked to pay 12months rent in advance was bullied into providing her pin number (and bank details) over the phone for a property she hadn't viewed. Taylors would not provide her with a list of how much she needed to pay, and initially refused to allow a bank transfer, and when they claimed sshe hadn't paid enough forced her to pay up the last £100 or so by handing over her pin! (German debit cards do not have security codes). Often we were hounded (letters and phone calls from India) for rent that was not owed (they would not give us a statement of our account for over a month and when they did we had overpaid!) The team in branch struggled with simple sums and often tried to overcharge us because they didn't add things up properly. The house had multiple issues including bedrooms without external windows and the basement filled with raw sewage twice in 3 years… property was managed by Taylors and despite one of the bedrooms being ankle deep in faeces it took almost 2 weeks for it to be pumped out, during which time we were asked not to use the toilets/shower or use the sinks/washing machines etc. (rather than getting any compensation we were promised we had to fight for months to get the deposit back) Obviously the Taylor was not fully at fault but the were in no way helpful, understanding or supportive. The house hand no building regs sign off for 2 recent large extension (including the sewage pump which failed during storms) GENERALLY UNSURPRISING THEY NO LONGER ARE PART OF ARLA (the only reason they have 2 stars is they are better than WhiteWalls!)

GoogleI had the mis-fortune of dealing with Taylors Watford, but am not impressed. Got a feeling they are trying to fleece money from would-be tenants in the guise of numerous fees.

GoogleContacted this agency to rent a flat in Watford Central. They appeared to be professional but as soon as they realised I was looking for a flat to move in asap, they hiked up their agency fees & started demanding additional Admin charges apart from the Tenancy Agreement charges. I could see they were trying to take me for a ride, so got rid of them & have used another agency to find a place now. Thank heavens, I haven't used this agency as I haven't heard positive feedback about them. Sanaz

Our fees can be found displayed to the public inside every Countrywide office, can be found easily online on all property portals that we advertise with, and our staff are happy to discuss our fee structure with our customers in the office or via telephone even before a property viewing is arranged. We constantly monitor the fees of other agents in the marketplace and ensure that our fees are pitched in line with our competitors and industry regulations so they are not excessive and are set fairly for our customers.

GoogleUseless if you are a landlord. They don't follow any procedures, which makes dealing with them very difficult. As a result we are having to evict the tenant because of Taylors mistakes. Not very good if your are a tenant either. I suppose for Taylors they don't care as they already have their fees.
