I had a great experience with Taylor’s Estate Agents and would highly recommend Gianni along with the rest of the team. From start to finish, Gianni was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He kept me well informed throughout the process, was always quick to respond to questions, during a stressful time. I’d also highly recommend Caroline as a mortgage broker. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I found the right mortgage for my circumstances. Her guidance and support was invaluable, and she made the financial side of the process far less daunting. I’m very grateful for the help the team at Taylor’s provided and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor’s Estate Agents to anyone looking for a professional and reliable team.

I listed my house with Taylors and honestly couldn’t believe how quickly everything moved. It went live and within the first day we already had viewings booked, and it sold straight away. I have started renting a property through Taylor’s Bedford 14 days ago. When I received the keys the property was unbelievably dirty, damp and slight bits of mould. After confirming with the agent before I put the deposit down that it would be deep cleaned this was not done by the time I moved in. I raised concerns with the agent about this to be told it was deep cleaned before my tenancy started (if it was, it wasn’t done to a professional standard so I have since deep cleaned it myself) . Once moved in I have found numerous issues within the property, I have had the landlord round himself and he confirmed that there is issues and that he has given Taylor’s permission to get everything that needs doing done. Main issues is the damp - Taylor’s have been made aware of this since the day I moved in and I’m yet to receive any update on when a damp Surveyor will be round. I have sent countless emails and have been told every time they ring that they will get an update and call me back but receive minimal calls with no update. I have emailed but no response. Since having the keys I have only been able to stay in the house twice in the last 14 days due to the smell coming from damp and carpets. I have paid up my rent but unable to stay in my house. Highly dissatisfied to say the least. Which is a shame to write this review as I’m a very patient person and the ladies in the branch are very friendly but I just fell I’m not getting a professional response in what I believe should be a top priority being a first time tenant of Taylor’s, bearing in mind when I was phoning about the property they were calling me every hour or so to put a holding deposit down without seeing the property but now I’m in I am getting minimal response. And having paid my rent and not being able to stay in the house is a massive inconvenience as i have half my stuff in there and at the moment staying on a friends sofa. Also speaking to the neighbours they told me the previous tenants had complained numerous times about the damp and mould yet I wasn’t told anything about this when they were calling me to put money down.

They have some unorganised staff who have no clue what they're doing. They called me whilst I was at work even though on numerous occasions I told them to email me which they didn't. They kept hounding me call after call and disturb me during my working hours. When I do return the call they can't remember whey they called me in the first place. They always sound as if they're in a rush when speaking on the phone.

Don’t rent from them if you don’t want stress !!!!!Very terrible agents in Bedford .the windows of my flat was broken and they refused to fix it, they didn’t check the house before I moved in and everything was broken.. What hurt me more was a rat entered my flat from a hole and they did nothing. After I moved out, it was difficult to get my deposit back, they still took some money from me.

So my review is a bit of a long one but trust me it is super worth it I am rating Taylor’s letting a 5 out of 5 because their work , consideration and care is out of this world . I was struggling around October to find a place to rent, I remember getting viewings and it literally be cancelled last minute . I then recieved a call from Georgina Cook from Taylor’s lettings telling me about a 1 bedroom property to rent . She knew my plight as I was actively looking for a place to stay and had viewings cancelled due to the property I was interested in then being let She really tried for me and the whole process went smooth .I then spoke to Praveen Chana who is also amazing , she handled the correspondence perfectly with me and was even able to meet me on the day I had to collect my key . I originally had to collect the key at 2pm but Praveen was able to help me collect it at 12pm saving me so much time I was even gifted a welcome home box with sweets and cards from the Taylor family I am so grateful to have rented via Taylor’s lettings , I feel like I am in great care , they have good properties and even greater communication

Had a good experience with them overall, Georgia was very helpful when needed, and sorted everything promptly. During the reference process there was some lack of communication as people were coming and going for annual leaves although it did not affect my overall experience and final outcome.
