GoogleI have just completed the sale of my late father’s house through Taylors Bedford. The advice, support and professionalism provided by the Bedford office team has been outstanding. They ensured the price was set at an attractive and realistic level, with appropriate marketing to reach the type of buyers we were hoping to attract. My special thanks go to Connor Clingen who realised exactly what one buyer was looking for and guided this buyer to view my fathers house. It was more expensive than the buyer’s stated price range but was a really good match. Well done Taylors.

GoogleWe recently used Taylors and cannot fault their service. David was very attentive and would always call and chase up any outstanding matters keeping me informed all the time. He made the process a lot easier from the very first phone call to exchange, making sure I received calls with any information he had before leaving for the day. Thank you David.

GoogleI rented one of the properties under taylors for 6 months. The property recieved with full of waste and dirt inside.Supplied with wrong keys as well.The property has so many issues like mould and poor heating seems like not good for human habitation. Raised concerns several times, but treated very badly by the staffs and the letting manager.They remained as very rude and irresponsible through out my tenancy.After everything i left the property after a professional cleaning, which was not deseved by them.Even though, I struggled a lot to get back my full deposit due to their drama with the landlord.But i got back the full amount due to the excellent service of Country wide deposit team and the new letting manager sri theva.If you don't want to get in trouble,never go to taylors.

Thier service was excellent and they helped and guided me in first finding a property (I was new to the UK then) and then managing it. The property was looked over by Georgia Cook during my time who has been responsive and understanding. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleNo point booking a viewing as the agent books a viewing time then rings 10 mins after that time to say he is running late,,🤷🤷🤷 Really.!!! Such unprofessional service, pity the sellers …. And few months ago after putting in an offer on another property the lack of communication was inept and i had to chase them,🙈🙈🤷🤷 So its A NO From Me…
