We came to Taylors to sell our home after we had bad experiences with 2 other estate agents. Finding a buyer is not so hard in this market, but closing the sale and managing that process is where we had issues before, and frankly by the time we got to Taylors we were very frustrated and stressed. Taylors definitely brought us more viewings, but it was after we found a buyer that they really excelled. We found Taylors to be highly professional, very process oriented, proactive and communicative and they drove the sale through, staying on top of everything for us. In particular Caroline did a great job of progressing the closing process, and Jamal provided great oversight to the whole deal and was available to us when we needed him.

Maintenance department are absolutely useless. I have had to organise and pay for my own gas safety certificate 2 years in a row (to save them getting a fine), any maintenance work no matter how essential has taken over 3 weeks every time. Don't know their arses from their elbows. I'm sure if my landlord knew he was paying for services, which frankly are not being provided as they should, he would look elsewhere.

I have several properties that I let out in London and Bedfordshire. Taylors are the one estate agent that I find to be friendly, helpful and above all efficient. The whole team are extremely helpful and friendly with particular reference to Jess Richardson. My property in Bedford was advertised on the Saturday and by the Monday we had a tenant. The team at Taylors assisted us with the tenancy, remedial & legal requirement works etc. I would definitely recommend Taylors without doubt.

Won't stop spam calling me. Literally a joke, must have called me 15 times today. Not sure what sort of sales tactic this is, even if my dream home is being let with this company I will just bin it off cause these lot are horrible spammers. Never been spam called like this from a seemingly real company, even after I blocked the numbers they called from they kept leaving voicemail after voicemail. Leave me alone.

Taylors were amazing throughout the purchase of a property. Their communication was fantastic. David in particular who was friendly, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Both David and Tony aided in pushing the transaction through and kept me more up to date than my own solicitor! Barnaby helped with the mortgage and again his service was fantastic and faultless. Appalling service, misleading, will rent you a house with mould in bedrooms, holes in bedroom walls, no light working in the upstairs bathroom, no back wall in the garden, a boiler than was condemned, 3 weeks with no hot water or heating and the only response from them is "we are talking to the landlord about the situation. No solutions and no interest in sorting anything out stay well clear

Absolutely horrifying experience with Taylors. Never again. Not only are they unprofessional they are also rude. I waited for them to get my shower fixed for 4 MONTHS and it still hasn't been fixed when I moved out of the property this weekend. I gave them a month notice only to be told I have to stay and pay for an extra month and when they got lucky and found a new tenant they wanted to hurry me out of the property. Unhelpful. Distasteful.

What a great estate agent who sold the house in 48hrs of taking it on from another seller. Far from local to me and I couldn't have asked more from them in regards to the sale of my property. What should have been the most simplest of property sales in very aspect turned into a very stressful episode, with the sellers solicitors failing to respond at all during the lead up to exchange and completion of the house. David Miah requires a very special mention, a complete professional and has the patience of a saint who always went the extra mile every time to ensure that the sale went through, going above and beyond what was required of him to get the sale over the line and haranguing the buyer and his legal team. He is a credit to the organisation and without any shadow of a doubt I would use Taylors again and would specifically ask for David to be the case handler. Many thanks and a successful sale.

Have called the office numerous times each time a different person saying I need to speak to someone more senior (Warren). Emailed Warren directly. Straight up ignoring all messages and still no refund. Ignorance and incompetence to the max. Avoid as they’ll make you lose your hair.
