We purchased our property from an alternative agent and moved in to it in early December . Taylor's have been asked twice to remove the property, from all advertising sites. The second time by visit to their office. It is now back on right move and I am most unhappy with their behaviour Would never use them.

Hi a have some problems in a flat 1. Light switch in a bedroom 2. Switch for extractor to be exchange 3. bathtub panel to be exchange 4. And very important is the refrigerator freezes and thaws itself and spoils food please change them as soon as possible because I have 2 children and I can't feed them rotten food Is this for 1 month and not fixing Very Very poor customer service

Taylor's have been great from start to finish. They did a lot of leg work especially to get our house sold within 5 days of being on the market. Then Caroline took over making sure we were kept in the loop at every stage of our house sale. Everytime she spoke to us it felt like she had been assigned to our case and our case alone. Their communication skills are amazing I can't fault them! If we move again we will definitely be using Taylor's.

Due to work and other commitments I am a serial renter, and have come across numerous different agencies in almost all areas of the country. I have frequently been disappointed by service, "after sales" support, delays with paperwork or issues with payments, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have been supported in one of our most recent searches by Taylors, Allhallows. Aside from the agent who kindly assisted with the viewing and documents we were more than ably assisted by Sharna Raine, the Lettings Co-ordinator. Despite the very short notice we had received from our previous landlords and the falling through of another property Sharna turned us around in double quick time and made sure we weren't left homeless or paying for expensive hotel/B&B accomodation and storage for our furniture. I would wholeheartedly recommend Taylors due to the choice and sheer volume of properties, but specifically Sharna for her excellent attitude, attention to detail and customer service skills.
