From the very beginning of contact with the office to arrange a viewing to meeting the Agent for collection of the keys for our new home was both professional and a joy. No hassle, super easy referencing and I can most definitely recommend Taylors for a great service for all your renting needs as a tenant. Huge thanks to Caitlin Puzey for everything!!! She is an absolute star! She has been exceptional not only in terms of ensuring things were always in motion but even more for the active communication she maintained throughout the entire process. She kept us informed of the progress every step of the way and has been very patient with all our queries be it over the phone or over emails. Having no experience or knowledge of mortgages and buying a house etc, Jordan Turpin made every effort to make the process as stress free as possible. Even in the current economic market, she answered all of my queries with easy and anticipation for more panic. No matter what ungodly hour I was emailing she would always get back to me in a timely manner. This was my first experience in selling a house and it was every bit as stressful as I had been told. I had numerous experiences with Peterborough estate agents which I won’t name but I had tom deal with the lot…. from over valuing your property so they can get your listing to the usual tell you everything you want to hear until they get your business and then don’t even have the common courtesy to answer your phone calls or call you back. I had actually taken my property off the market because I was fed up with the all bull being fed to me however after speaking to Mainul I decided to give his agency one last chance and the benefit of doubt. Mainul and his team were professional and courteous til the end, no matter how many times I called them and stressed them out. They went over and beyond to ensure that I got proper honest advise regardless of the outcome and even the possibility of loosing me as a client. Luis and Keegan were were brilliant every step of the way, from dealing with viewings right down to the assistance of paperwork and documents when we were at the conveyancing stage. It’s no exaggeration that they actually worked miracles and Im still baffled as to how we completed in such h a short time. I cannot thank Mainul, Luis and Keegan enough and they are credit to Taylors, as I mentioned before I had all but given up on the other so called “Major Players” in Peterborough. I cannot recommend them enough to friends and family who are looking to sell or buy as everyone else doesn’t come even close by way of service, expertise and truly keeping your interests at heart. If I could give 6 stars I would and believe me I have had experience with the other lesser estate agents to measure against. If you are looking to sell your house then these chaps are the ONLY ones to go and speak to. They are a credit to Taylors and I hope they can see the value that these individuals bring to their company. Mainul, Luis, Keegan and others behind the scenes, myself and my family sincerely want to thank you all for your efforts and assistance. Like other reviews Im forever grateful. Thank you.

Rude,time wasters and unprofessional,especially Lewis. Only 2 people who are trying is Mainul and Kegan the rest should change job. So many times I called as they recommended Countrywide solicitors to us for the process to run smoothly and quicker as the sellers don’t speak English language. We would have finished more than a month ago and save money with other solicitor company if they would have told us that sellers don’t speak English as Contrywide decided not to represent them anymore and sent their file to Howels solicitors- wich were very slow in replying and chasing the solar panel documentation. They said at the beginning they will support us along but they haven’t. I asked Amelia many times to check if sellers installed the radiators on the first floor as is winter time and I have a 2.5 years old. Every time she was complaining of having to much work to do and she will get back to me. They never come back to you. Besides Mainul he was the only one ringing back an trying to help. Really bad experience don’t recommend the place surely they are other professionals out there who know how to empathise. Wondering if I’ll get the keys tomorrow from the agency or they will ask us to come Monday.

From first meeting to completion the staff at Taylors and particularly Lewis have been so helpful. During a sale arising from probate they have been communicative patient and trustworthy. I don't live in this area so this agent has done so much more than I could ever expect to expedite the sale and at a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend this agency. I feel very let down, I visited Taylors in December 2021 on a wet Wednesday, after begin recommend from a very good friend. I meet a guy called Sam , chubby chap with lots of tattoos, I made an offer on a property and he promised to get back to me with the out come, guess what he never got back too me , more then likely he sold the house and got a drink out it, like he suggested to me. If you use Taylor's avoid SAM.

I used Taylors Letting service through a recommendation from a family friend. The initial correspondence was promising as they found suitable Tenants quite quickly, but as soon as the Tenants moved in, the communication has been disastrous. It is impossible to reach the lady who I initially dealt with as we are yet to receive the rent which we agreed upon. We have only been receiving some parts of payment and have never received a full month's payment until now - it has been 3 months and we are still awaiting for a full month's rent. It is very frustrating as I can't get hold of anyone in the team to sort this matter.

The sales team (Chris and Beth) were friendly, professional and very effective. A full price offer was received on our house within 3 days of it going online. They talked us through the process very clearly when we started and arranged a large number of viewings very quickly. The only blip was that the photos of the house weren't visible on Taylors website (they were on Rightmove etc though)

Terrible service, good luck trying to get through to their office as it appears no one is actually there and you leave endless voicemails to never get a call back, I get assured issues are getting sorted to then find out a week down the line nothings been done and to then discover they're trying to weasel out of their own mistakes and blame it on the landlord, would not recommend at all!

I am in the middle of selling a property, I accepted a good offer last week when it had been on the market for almost a month which included Christmas. Throughout the process I have found the staff at Taylors to be friendly, efficient and courteous. They produced a very nice coloured and accurate brochure and showed 4 prospective buyers round. The most recent made a sensible offer within 24 hours. I am using solicitors associated to Taylors who are equally good. I recommend Taylors highly.
