STAY AWAY
These guys are absolutely terrible. We 'purchased' a property with them two months ago and received no updates at all. They didn't reply to any phone calls or emails. In the end we had to drive over there in a lunch break to find out what was going on with our purchase only for them to tell us that the property had been withdrawn THE DAY BEFORE and that we 'should have received an email', which of course, never arrived. We have now lost the house of our dreams and we didn't even get a 'sorry'. Avoid them like the plague for your own sanity.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I was disappointed to read that you were not happy with your experience and as such would like to advise you to contact us privately via review@countrywide.co.uk to discuss any concerns you may wish to raise. Kind Regards.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
