Taylor's advertised a house for sale, I was looking for a buy to let property & this property fitted the bill perfectly. I contacted the agent keen to view the property asap but this never happened, after numerous phone calls I never did get to see the property. I found the staff to have every excuse under the sun & very rude.

Very untrustworthy and underhand
the worst Agents we have worked with and Lie until there caught out.
accepted a offer on a property and have since found someone who will pay higher price.
They failed to a advise the landlord we where ready to exchange and told the landlord we couldn't so they could sell to a buyer with a higher offer.
When we caught them out they tried to pull it back ad offer it to us at a higher price.....

Matthew and the team were fantastic at securing me a price I was particularly happy with, 102% of the asking price, in a really great timescale. Their knowledge of the market, which to be fair they dominate locally, was unbeatable, and really help me feel comfortable with the team. I truly felt like they were on my side. They aren't cheap, but if you're selling your most valuable asset why would you want cheap?

These guys are absolutely terrible. We 'purchased' a property with them two months ago and received no updates at all. They didn't reply to any phone calls or emails. In the end we had to drive over there in a lunch break to find out what was going on with our purchase only for them to tell us that the property had been withdrawn THE DAY BEFORE and that we 'should have received an email', which of course, never arrived. We have now lost the house of our dreams and we didn't even get a 'sorry'. Avoid them like the plague for your own sanity.
