Googleterrible service i would give a zero.but its not an option! viewed a property in mk put in offer was declined as 1st time buyers offered the same so were in better position we increased offer but never heard anything back disgusting way to treat customers when dealing with property worth over £330k. Wouldn't sell or buy with these agents and wouldnt recommend, mind you with only 3.8 stars out of 5 that says enough!

GoogleI just wanted say a massive thank you to Ieva as I have received amazing service from her from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me, stayed late at work so my husband could view a house and also went out of her way to help and reassure me when issues arose. The level of service we received from Ieva was very professional, she always returned phone calls and emails and she was a pleasure to deal with. She is a real credit to Taylor’s and fantastic at her job!

GoogleI had a positive experience with Taylors, Eva in the MK office maintained good communication, kept me informed and was able to arrange viewings with minimal notice. Which was extremely helpful since I was on a tight deadline to get moved. And she never failed to return a phone call, which is a simple courtesy I found to be lacking in many other agencies.

GoogleWe started letting our apartment through them, so far received very good and professional service. However, it's been 3 weeks now, but still haven't received any rent payment, just hope that their payment team is able to be just as prompt and professional as the customer service team (hence only 4 stars, otherwise 5), big thanks to Claudia and Kate. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleHaving purchased our first house through Taylors, we returned to use their services for the sale of our property. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to continue with the sale. This caused great concern and worry, we had to take our property off the market. Taylors had already arranged professional photography and carried out numerous viewings, expecting a frosty response I made the call to notify them. I was greeted with sincere professionalism and courtesy whilst explaining my predicament. To say they are the best estate agents I have dealt with would be a gross understatement. If you are looking for a property in the Dunstable area, use Taylors. The whole team are a pleasure to work with... knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. GoogleExcellent customer service received from the staff at Taylors. From viewing the property to getting the keys and having the mortgage offer finailsed by David (the in house mortgage broker.) We were kept up to date with every step of the process and call backs the same day with any query we had. Can not fault the staff or their service. Would defeinitely recommend Taylors.
