-1000 Stars They will do anything to sell you a property even withholding very important information from you. The branch manager told me to shot up and didnt allow me to talk on a phone conversation. This is after i started talking politely and wanting to fully explain a very wrong situation. He said there wasnt need for me to talk and shouted STOP TALKING. At the end i let him talk and he did not answe accordingly to what i was saying because he refused to listen to me. I would never trust any one in that branch, no one at all expexially the branch manager, hopefully he wouldn't be for long.

If you want to lose time and hope, then this agency is for you. We had a viewing appointment at home, but no one arrived and no one picked up the phone. Having called the next day, they said that they didn’t have this in the records and could schedule a review after 5 days, since they don’t have a key. after 3 days, the house was removed from the list and of course no one informed us that our second viewing was canceled.

Cannot thank the team enough. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Not a single issue. Great with kids when we couldn't arrange childcare. Highly recommend both the estate agents and their mortgage service.

SCUMS OF THE EARTH - changed my power supplier without my permission putting me with Spark with rates 35% more expensive than what I was paying. Their service is super slow. They are overcharging the landlord without any shame. I asked them to fix the lock of our door, and they changed the whole door for no reason. AVOID them at all costs

The guys at Taylors were so helpful in helping me with my move from start to finish. Straight forward valuation, lots of regular updates throughout marketing and Jackie couldn't do enough for me in helping with the solicitors. Great service all round!

Taylor’s Dunstable sold our house efficiently and professionally, we also brought our new home from them too, Veiwings were lead really well and Adam who did this has a great professional manner, Matthew organised our mortgage for us and lead us through the steps being the first time we had brought and sold a property. Clive was an absolute diamond for us as we did have a few drawn out issues with the house we were buying and solicitors not really keeping us up to speed with the sale (countrywide conveyancing), Clive answered and chased all our issues and explained things in a understandable way rather than jargon. Dunstable Taylor’s as a whole I feel did a great job for us many thanks guys

At the end of my tether with the Wellingborough branch. I tried popping in on a Sunday when the website stated it was open... Closed. I emailed... No response. I call frequently over 2 days... phone's not answered. I leave a message and guess what?! Nobody has called me back!

DO NOT sell your property thru taylors (Dunstable). We had a a terrible experienced with them. They rushed us in signing a contract electronically. We thought the agent has explained everything to us so we signed the contract. They encouraged us to pay for a professional photography, saying that we will get a copy of the photos, but didnt give us any. They can be rude at times. They don't answer emails and rarely return our call. We keep on asking them to give us a copy of the contract. Several months has passed, up to now, we never received a copy, not even thru email! We are awaiting confirmation that our contract with them has ended and we have given them our 14 days notice. As usual, they just ignore our email.
