GoogleWould give zero if I could. Paid a holding deposit, was due to move in, and I was called the day before to say the landlord “needs the place.” I’d already cancelled my previous tenancy agreement, they set up utilities, I booked movers. Box parked, No alternative offered, no plan, just stress and costs. Unreliable and unprofessional. On top of cancelling the tenancy the day before move-in, they failed to cancel utilities, so I started getting billed for a house I never occupied. I had to involve OVO to cancel the billing.

GoogleAsked on several occasions to take the property of the market and yet are to do so after 2 months. They keep the property on the market without permission to gain more visibility from sighs, online marketing. Disgusting

GoogleAfter struggling with different estate agents and their long and hectic bidding process just to rent a property for me and my partner, I came across taylors. I booked a property for viewing and really liked it and agreed straight away. It was a very simple and easy process while with other estate agents I was just forced to bid higher rent payments to get more chances to rent a property. I will strongly suggest to visit taylors if you looking to rent a property hassle free. Louis helped me with all the process, he was a very straight forward and cool guy, made things really easy for me.

GoogleIf I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

GoogleHi there I have been with a couple of letting agents but I have always had the same landlord however my experiences wasn’t Exactually great however since I have been managed by these people everything has been going smoothly and especially one man in particular Louis warmington since this man has been involved he has done everything in his power to make my tenancy and living space more manageable Regardless of how many times I failed and emailed with something or the other Louis was always one step ahead and got the job done he is a very lovely hard working guy and is always willing to help regardless of how big or small the issue may be he’s well mannered and polite and always has a smile on his face :) he is by far one of the hardest working employees there’s been so far :)
