GoogleAbsolutely the worst. They did nothing for me, the landlord, when tenants destroyed my property and let the issues go on for months leaving me to constantly deal with everything - then why was I paying Taylor’s estate agents a feee for full management? They are dishonest and do not care about damage to the property or the landlord/ landlady. Avoid at all costs.

Everyone I spoke to in the office was polite & helpful, and in all my years of renting I’ve never dealt with such an organised agency. The check-in process has been administered brilliantly and I’m delighted with my new flat!
As I’m planning to buy my own place in the next few years, I spoke to Cerys (the Countrywide Mortgage advisor based in the office) who talked me through the mortgage process & answered the (many!) questions I had about it.
Thanks to the whole team - I can’t fault the service they’ve provided!
