She called in (a lot) and the customer service was brilliant, special thanks to Luke and Clive who work there, well done for dealing with the sale with professionalism and with a great attitude.

Back in 2020- My partner and I were first time buyers, Taylors was one of the many estate agents we went to when were looking for our first home. Even though we didn't hear anything for just under 1 month, Adam called me and told us he had a home for sale that would be perfect us, and he couldn't have been any more right! We viewed the house and the rest is history. Can’t thank the amazing team - Clive, Adam and Selina with the help and support of Luke and Patrick. Despite hundreds of calls I made to them asking so many questions and queries, the team always listened and answered all questions. I felt like a valued home buyer and they made it so much easier and stress free for both me and my partner.

I tried to reach them several time and no one pick up the phone - I think an office always should have someone who's receiving calls if the others out! Unfortunately I made my purchase trough them but if can avoid do it.

The whole process was hassle free….i never had to visit the property again…..they were great.
