GoogleThe easiest tenancy that i have taken out. There alot of help and make things very easy for you. Feel that you can talk to them about any concerns you may have. Would rent from then again if ever required!

GoogleVery happy with the service I received from Romans, firstly Bill, who showed me a few propertys, he was always punctual, professional, friendly and very informative about the property's he was showing me. I then dealt with George once we found a property we were happy with and George has been fantastic, helped us to secure the property and did everything he could to ensure a smooth transaction could take place - I would recommend Romans to anybody buying a property. Very good service.

GoogleVery disappointed with the lack of communication. Different people giving different information. One member of staff telling me everything that another member of staff had said to me was not correct and he was new so should have been giving out the information?? Not sure why he would be answering calls and giving answers if this was e case. Phone calls not returned and sometimes no return phone call just an email update. Being told I could leave my keys at the property once completed yet in fact they had to be handed over to the estate agent before funds could be released!! This left me running around at the last minute to get it all sorted. No one offered to go that extra mile!! Very disappointed would not use again to buy or sell. Talked the talk at the first ever meeting then once the sale was agreed everything went down hill.

GoogleElliot and the team at Roman's Yateley have been amazing and offered us a professional and personal service throughout. Without them we would not have found the buyers for our house, which was sold within days, or the fabulous house we are buying as they put our buyers and us forward to view houses before they became available on Rightmove. They have helped and advised us every step of the way, from mortgages to removals and we are so thankful for everything they have done. We would definitely recommend Roman's Yateley to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleI found them VERY EXPENSIVE! Getting electric water heater fixed took 3 WEEKS! !!!!!!! No hot water in the shower during that time ! I feel like I'm not the customer for them and they are only looking after the Land Lord ! Even cancelling my tenancy is problematic ! NEVER AGAIN

Googleso many fake review .. wow and even 5 stars.. they are rude , unprofessional and overcharge for everything. 500 for admin 144 if you want to move in a week letting charges reference charges insurance charges listing charges leaving charges and more hell lot of ... they have few really good properties but don't even try to connect with them, its just killing time

GoogleVery positive experience as a vendor, pleasantly surprised by the level of service, professionalism and responsiveness from the team at Romans (George and Bernadette). A marked difference from my previous experiences with estate agents in Reading, which were atrocious. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI have dealt with Neil Burton on numerous occasions although not since his time with Romans. I used him to sell three houses previously, out of the 5 agents in the town I found Neil was straight talking, honest and always delivered. Initially I had a house on with another agent who kept telling me the price was too much even though they were the ones that put the valuation on it! I met with Neil, he gave me some hard hitting advice, took the house on the market and sold it 2 weeks later, may I add at the same price I was being told was too much. If you want an agent that knows what he is doing instead of pretending to be an estate agent I suggest you ask for Neil Burton.

GoogleWe received good service from Alex Pedersen for securing a new apartment that we were keen on from the outset. He provided good communication throughout the process and it went very quickly. Our property however is not managed by Romans, so I can only comment on the service of the sales team, which we we had no problems with.

GoogleReally grateful to the whole team at the branch - especially Richard, Neil & Jack - who could not have been more helpful throughout our house buying process. They are very knowledgeable of the local area & of all the houses they are selling - never has a question of ours been left unanswered, the team have even taken the time to seek answers from the council if required. They have been incredibly helpful, friendly & professional. For now we are looking forward to moving into our new home but when we are ready to move house again in the future we will certainly be calling Romans!

I have been looking for a house to buy and have come across few estate agencies. Roman is the best so far. I would like her to mention Ryan Cooper who was the one I dealt with mostly. Ryan showed an exceptional knowledge in all the properties that he showed us and had answers to most of the questions . This gave us trust and made Roman much more credible than other agencies. Ryan has been very professional, polite, helpful and friendly at all times. In fact, we now focus on properties advertised by Roman rather than any other agency.
