I have dealt with Romans Lower Earley for several years to rent my property before selling it this spring. I have had excellent tenants thoroughly vetted and recommended by Romans and with very little vacant periods. They managed the letting in a very professional and efficient manner. I was given good advice about market conditions when I decided to sell and again Jacob handled the whole matter in excellent manner. Jacob and his colleagues were not pushy but keen to provide advice that was in my best interest. The sale progressed very smoothly with Jacob and his team dealing with all issues. I am more than happy to give 5 * review to Romans team.

Romans have been my letting agent since 2012, and are the first point of call with the tenants in my property. My lettign agtent Jessica Philps is always available if i need to discuss anything realtaing to the propertry, as well as Jessicas quick resposne and actions ,letting me know if there are any isssus at the property repoerted by the tenants. Isabelle West has been absolutely brilliant during the purchase of our house. She has shown us around a few times with much patience, so we can measure up and double check things. She’s always been most helpful, supportive, kind, efficient, responsive and she always delivered on her promises. She is a real asset to Romans and I’m so glad we got to work with her! Joshua was great as well, helping to resolve some issues at the beginning, thank you! Hannah was our move manager and she was excellent with her communication and she was also very supportive and helpful. Romans have a great sales team in Lower Earley.
