I also am very impressed by Sam (the manager) in Windsor and her whole letting team, i.e. Carly, Daisy and Samuel. What an outstanding group of professionals. They listened to my needs and found me good tenants.They kept me updated on a regular. basis of their progress. They were polite, curteous, patient and. respectful. They provided answers to all my questions along the way. From thhis experience I would highly recommend Romans in Windsor to anyone in the area.

Long may it continue. Thanks. An update at January 2024; Kim Stockley has regularly proved very knowledgeable and helpful. In the current instance, with the selection/replacement of a new appropriate Qrad-electrical radiator at the property within a day, so that the tenants can have the Lounge heating 'ASAP'. We have recently sold our house in Windsor. Romans were by far the best estate agent we have ever had dealings with. The entire team were superb, with huge thanks to Carl Atkinson and Hannah Russell, in particular.. Hannah, the move manager was outstanding. If you don’t know what a move manager does, then we found that Hannah was a bridge between our buyers, solicitors and ourselves and she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much.

I recently rented a property through Romans and had a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was quick and well organized, and the team was always responsive and helpful. A special thanks to Daisy and Sam, who were incredibly flexible in arranging viewings at short notice. They took the time to show me every detail of the property and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt rushed or under any pressure, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Carly handled all the paperwork efficiently and made the contract process pretty smoothy too. It's a professional and friendly team, and easy to work with. From the very beginning, the entire process of renting our property in Windsor was handled with professionalism and excellent communication, especially considering we had a very tight window. Today, I accidentally locked myself out while taking out the trash. My letting agency, Frost, was closed, so I went to their neighbor, Romans, for help. Carly at Roman was so kind, she offered me chocolate, and even found a spare key my former landlord had left there. She walked me home to try it (unfortunately, it didn’t work) and then helped me contact a locksmith, my landlord… As a foreigner living abroad, this warmth and care meant so much to me. Thank you, Carly, and the Romans team, you’re amazing!

Kim Stockley has been my contact at Roman's since taking over the management of my mum's flat - which she rents out via Romans. My mum has unfortunately had to go into a home and I had little to no idea of what I was doing. Kim has been amazing at providing information and guiding me through everything I need to know. She's also amazing at keeping the lines open between myself and our tenants, problem solving, and has been vital in helping me search for the relevant paperwork I need going forward. I had a truly wonderful experience with Romance Estate Agents in Windsor while purchasing my first apartment. Absolutely great and professional people work there, I worked mainly with Mollie Steadman, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. As a first-time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming, but Mollie guided me through everything with calmness and clarity, which made a huge difference.
