The lettings team at Windsor are nice, friendly and understand needs. Sam is a diamond! Sadly, they are let down by the Romans property management team, who will take over once you have signed up. They are unfriendly, unresponsive, not interested in anything, work against you rather than with you and generally seem to have no interest in actually helping landlord or tenants. (Our tenants contacted us directly to avoid having to deal with them). There are much better management companies out there so my advise is to find the property through the lettings team, then go elsewhere! Avoid the property management service at all costs.

There are so many reasons to choose Romans for your agent, but one of my main reasons to continue and return is their Windsor Branch Senior Property Manager, Kim Stockley. Kim exemplifies the attitude and attention to detail prevalent throughout Romans, and I must say it's been a fun and (I hope) mutually agreeable journey. I've travelled the world, lived in dozens of countries, and used agents for expat accommodation wherever I've settled. I demand value for money and a prompt response coupled with an affable and respectful agent representative. Kim and her colleagues do that and more, and I can honestly say Romans stand out as one of the best agents I've worked with. If you're looking for an agent, choose Romans, choose Kim, and I can guarantee whatever property you choose the ongoing experience after sales will be of the highest quality. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks, Kim. Juts like an Oscars award ceremony, it falls on me to remember and name other significant persons that helped make things so good. To that end I must mention Sam Morton, and Raminder Birchall. Kim is one fantastic member of a fantastic team.

Extremely bad experience! We rented a place via this branch. They failed to provide basic checks. While it was rented out with white goods, none of the kitchen appliances worked (fridge, washing machine, etc.). Thy also provided an expeired electricity and gas service check. There were so many other health/safety issues. We reported the issues so many time, but even after 4 months, most of the problems have not been fixed e.g. we still don't have a fridge. We are a family with a child and this agency and management company are bahving like frauds. Don't rent via them. Customer care team did not support us either.

I have worked with Sam Morton from Romans for many years now. Finding someone you trust to let your property, and act in your best interests is difficult. So many agents tend to cut corners where they can, sometimes at the cost of the landlord. Sam and I communicated directly, all the time, and if I needed to deal with another part of Romans, she was always on hand to help if necessary. Romans are not the least expensive agency, neither are they the most expensive. What they do is offer a service that is worthy of what you are paying for. When you need someone to look after an extremely valuable asset for you, this is exactly what you need. A professional company that knows their business, takes responsibility of your property and delivers a proper service.

Annie Nichols at Romans Windsor- Lettings went above and beyond professionally to help my Mother and I secure a fabulous rental property in Windsor. The process at Romans led by Annie to secure the property was first class and incredibly efficient. From viewing the property to all the reference checks being completed it was 6 days over a long bank holiday weekend.
