I have nothing but praise for the Romans Estate Agents in Windsor for selling my property for me. Firstly to Carl Atkinson. Professional at all times. In regular contact with me during the period the property was on the market. His help and advice invaluable and am very grateful indeed for all his efforts and hard work I have no hesitation in recommending Carl a pleasure to Do business with. Very very highly recommended .Finally nothing but praise for Lorraine the move manager who was in constant contact updating me regularly what was going on in the process of selling my property at every stage. No worries at all as I was kept Informed. Lorraine is very dedicated to her job. Delivered a first class service over and above what I expected. Very professional, approachable and dedicated. I moved to Windsor from overseas and didn't have a chance to scout the area or do much boots on the ground searching for living arrangements due to work obligations and travel. After speaking with several estate and lettings agents, I felt I found an agency I could trust with Romans staring with a Mr. Sam Brown who honed in on my interests and needs for a long-term residence. Further, I KNEW without a doubt that I found the right agency when I was treated with nothing but kindness, generosity, and patience as I tried to navigate aimlessly at times. A special thank you to Sara (you are beyond awesome!), Sam (thank you for your kindness), Donna (thank you for your reminders!), Jodie (thank you for your kindness and responses to my urgent needs!), and my apologies to anyone else I forgot to mention, but thank you! We have sell our house and rent a house for a short term with Romans. Their service and costumer service are excellent. From the moment Joshua came home prepared with all the information about the market and the strategy about how to sell the property, we knew it was the right agency. Very well organised, quick to reply and managed very well the process including all the additional services (mortgage advice, follow up on the sale and weekly updates). We have to break the chain and look for temporary accommodation very quick, Thomas has been really good finding different options, available for short notice views and keeping us up to date on the process. I will highly recommend Romans to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Excellent service once again with Roman's of Windsor. My wife and I purchased our property 2-1/2 years ago with Roman's and dealt with sales manager Carl. We stayed in touch with Carl and recently decided to move to a new property after completing an extension project. It was a no-brainer to contact Carl again and sell through Roman's. The professionalism and understanding of our situation we received from Carl and the team meant it was a stress-free process of listing our property, taking viewings, and ultimately selling. We were kept up to date on the latest marketing reports and online activity through regular email and phone call updates from Pierce and Dan. Pierce and Dan did a great job of keeping us up to date and helped with the final negotiations, both excellent to deal with. We highly recommend selling and buying through Roman's of Windsor.
