Went with Romans after obtaining quotes from a number of agents. The Romans Rep I dealt with, Pierce was professional and gave what I felt was a fair appraisal. Throughout the sale process I was pleased with the amount of communication and they worked hard to find buyers for me. Unfortunately Covid had an impact on my sale and my initial chain collapsed. Fortunately, Romans were able to re-establish a chain quickly and provided great support during what were some vary stressful months. My experience with Romans in Windsor has been positive from start to finish. I ended up getting the property I really wanted thanks to Annie Nicholls and the her wonderful colleagues. I was referenced checked with the lettings hub who were great and everything was sorted before move in date. On arrival of checking in, I was happily surprised to see a massive box which was a care package left by the Romans team. It contained everything I could ever need including breakfast bars, toothpaste, cookies, DVLA move home reminders and most importantly, some vouchers for a huge hamper of wine! Annie and the whole Windsor team have been amazing and I’m so grateful that my son and I are living in our dream home. In my experience and following the sale of my house and purchase of another property through Romans, I found the staff to be a highly professional and cohesive team throughout the whole process. Carl Atkinson and his colleague Marco were responsive to any change and maintained their professional demeanour during the difficult period of the coronavirus lockdown. They kept me regularly updated on the twists and turns that the pandemic created and there were tense moments, but I felt that I could rely upon their knowledge and experience and it gave me confidence knowing that the whole process was being managed skilfully. We were looking at lots of properties in Windsor and had very specific criteria. We met with many different estate agencies and Romans was by far the best. We worked with Annie and she was amazing. She was fast to respond, honest and transparent and really understood what we were looking for. We trusted her and believed if the flat we wanted came up she would get us it. Unfortunately our dream flat was with another estate agency as we would have much rather worked with Annie as she made the process a lot less stressful. I had a fantastic experience working with the Windsor Romans Letting team. They understood my needs, recommended suitable properties, were easy to talk to and were very responsive. They quickly helped me find a new home and helped me secure a move date within the timeframe I had specified. From initially calling them to register my interest in a property, I had 3 viewings within 2 days and had an offer accepted and deposit paid within 4 days - - all in all moving into my new property within 2 weeks. Sam was a great help on the phone during the initial call to get suitable viewing lined up, and then from there Annie took me around the properties and helped me to feel excited and confident in my choice. I have recently purchased a house through Romans Estate Agents in Windsor and I have been thoroughly impressed with everyone I have dealt with during the process; it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with Carl Atkinson and the team. Firstly Marco who showed several properties to me, was warm and friendly, polite, good humoured and highly professional at all times. Piers, who arranged the viewing of the property I subsequently bought, was, again, professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find a property. Once my offer was accepted I was then looked after by Carl, who was not only helpful, professional and understanding but also had an unflappable, calm and patient manner, which I was very thankful for. He was in regular contact with me throughout the whole process, offering advice as required. I always felt 100% supported and he was always good-humoured, all in all a consummate professional. Lorraine was in constant contact, updating me at each stage, requesting relevant information and thanking me for every message with a cheery response, so welcome during the sometimes pressurised days and weeks of a house purchase. Finally, Kathryn, who provided me with the most fantastic help and advice on mortgages and life insurance, etc, and who supported me through that process with great warmth and professionalism. I have been totally impressed by my experience of dealing with Carl and the team at Romans in Windsor and am very grateful for all the help offered to me in the purchasing of my house. Carl is superb at what he does and it is clear he leads the team by example, as nobody that I came into contact with from Romans fell short of the very high standards obviously set; thank you.

Excellent service once again with Roman's of Windsor. My wife and I purchased our property 2-1/2 years ago with Roman's and dealt with sales manager Carl. We stayed in touch with Carl and recently decided to move to a new property after completing an extension project. It was a no-brainer to contact Carl again and sell through Roman's. The professionalism and understanding of our situation we received from Carl and the team meant it was a stress-free process of listing our property, taking viewings, and ultimately selling. We were kept up to date on the latest marketing reports and online activity through regular email and phone call updates from Pierce and Dan. Pierce and Dan did a great job of keeping us up to date and helped with the final negotiations, both excellent to deal with. We highly recommend selling and buying through Roman's of Windsor.
