Issy (Isabella York) as a property manager has been nothing short of excellent, providing a completely fantastic experience from beginning to end throughout my four years living at the property. Her support throughout my tenancy has been outstanding. In particular, when I experienced a major issue with the hot water and the water tank stopped working, Issy was incredibly supportive. We have recently had a great experience with Park and Bailey, who we trusted in helping us sell our house. From the initial meeting of Hadley who answered all our questions and explained their commitment to effective marketing which really stood out to us. He then went on to create a fantastic video tour of our property. We have not been the easiest of seller’s but the whole team were professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and were always available to answer any questions we had. Hadley’s advice was honest and helpful. I’ve had an excellent experience working with Elliot. From start to finish, he has been completely on it , always proactive, highly interactive, and incredibly responsive. No matter the time or question, he was quick to reply and kept everything moving smoothly. He’s also been really patient throughout the house viewings and never made us feel rushed. What can I say , I only decided to put my place on rent a few weeks ago and Swati walked me through the whole process. No question was too much as I had many with the new Laws coming in. What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. You both have an amazing personality. 🥰

Our experience with Romans Estate Agents Burnham was an unmitigated disaster, characterised by manipulation, and utter incompetence. If you value honesty and professionalism, look elsewhere. In April, Romans accepted our offer on a property they were listing, while simultaneously assuring us they were actively working to sell our own house. They then pressured us to accept a significantly lower offer on our property, claiming it was necessary to secure the house we wanted. This turned out to be a complete fabrication. We later discovered that Romans had already sold the house we had an accepted offer on to another buyer, despite our continued efforts and their assurances. The lack of accountability and communication from their team was appalling. Tim, the manager, consistently ignored our calls, leaving us in the dark and without resolution. Syed was consistently dishonest, manipulative, and demonstrated a complete disregard for our interests. This entire ordeal was a nightmare, causing immense stress and financial inconvenience. We cannot adequately express our disappointment and frustration with Romans Estate Agents Burnham. Their actions were not just unprofessional; they were a deliberate betrayal of trust. Save yourself the headache and avoid Romans at all costs.

Maryam assisted us with our property search and all the way through until referencing was completed. Very friendly and bubbly, and also open and honest which can be hit and miss with estate agents. She is a key asset to Romans Burnham. Wanted to say thank you, especially with our previous experience searching for a property with a different estate agent company, where the tenants chose to overstay their tenancy after our agreed date, causing us to request our holding deposit back - even after referencing was complete and we were about to sign the agreement - and look elsewhere.
