I’m currently searching for a property in the Slough area, and Romans have consistently been excellent with their communication, regularly sending me details of properties that match my requirements. Great experience with Syeda. She was in constant communication throughout the process & went out and beyond to show us around properties within our budget. Got a feeling these will be taken to court in future over marking valuations really low to make it more beneficial for mortgage lenders pushing people into less favourable LTV brackets. From start whole system for them to come round the booking did not work The guy who valued the home was there approximately 2-3 minutes all he did was asked how much we purchased it for and left pretty shortly after, did not even view the whole property. Looks like most reviews of similar nature on here.
