I have been renting a flat from Romans and Shannon Cox was the letting agent who dealt with me. She was professional and friendly and everything she said she would do, it was done as promised. Moreover, I want to thank Isabella York, the property manager. She is professional and friendly, I have had some issue regarding the new flat I have rented and she manage it very well and quick, respond to my email the same day and solve my problems as soon as she could.

I usually avoid Estate Agents, had some bad experiences in the past, but so far no problems with Romans. Have not been intrusive, and let me keep to renting without bother! Aside from the usual inspection every 6 months, it usually doesn't take long. A matter of 10 mins, and done! Reporting repairs is also very easy. I would like to thank Isabella York for actioning all my concerns I have raised very quickly, literally same day, or the next day if I send a late night email. Doing so in a very friendly way!

Horrible customer service! First call, they start buttering you and after forget about you completely. Regarding the properties they advertise, they have no clue whatsoever. One is saying something, the other colleague is saying the opposite. They agree for a booking, shortly after they cancel it. After they say that will call you back to reschedule but they never ring you again. I want to buy a property but don't like when, from the very beginning, they get it wrong.

After two previous estate agents grossly over priced our flat in a declining market and having to constantly ask them for feedback and not returning our calls Romans took over the sale with a totally more professional approach. Will Baggs and his team made us feel totally confident to let them get on with their job and although some of the perspective buyers were very challenging Romans kept us informed all the way through the process.
