We used the full suite of Romans services; mortgages, conveyancing partners and of course finding us a house. By getting to know us Romans identified the right property for our family and then set about the difficult task of putting and holding the chain together. The Romans move coordinator was fantastic, she cajoled, complemented and worked miracles to get us into our house through a very traumatic move which seemed perpetually about to collapse through events outside of our and Romans control. We are now in our new house, paint spread on walls, garden pruned courtesy of a very professional outfit. House buying is to a certain degree about luck, luck of finding the right house and luck that you can sell your own in the right time, Romans made the whole process ultimately very successful for us and took a huge chunk of luck and guest work out of it. They will be my first point of call for any subsequent move.

We cannot fault the team at Yateley, namely Daniel, Luke and Jackie , all of whom worked tirelessly to successfully sell our home in Yateley. One of the most important factors for us was the management service that they now offer. This was run by Jackie Stilwell who was amazing! Jackie kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process once our house was sold and we had an offer accepted on our purchase and nothing was too much trouble for her. Despite us not purchasing our new home through Romans, they were far more helpful than the agent that we did purchase through. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Yateley to anyone and would certainly use them should we move again. Thank you

I recently bought my first house through Romans Farnborough and dealt with the manager Matt Penfold. This was the first house we bought and had very little experience with the house buying process. Matt helped us every step of the way, including assisting with the conveyancing process and keeping us and the seller updated every step of the way. Romans, in particular Matt Penfold are great estate agents to deal with and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Hello I put my Apartment in the hands of another agent to look for a Tenant and was very dissatisfied and after 9 weeks changed to ROMAN in Aldershot. Wow what a great difference in the Quality of all the Staff but as I dealt mostly with KIERAN LAMB I wish to shower praise on him! Efficient, Polite and very Efficient with a good sense of Humour too! I now have a new Tenant and ROMANS Staff have made it all very easy ....as I live abroad that was a big +!
