I honestly can't thank Reece Probert enough for everything he's done during my tenancy. From day one, he's always been kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful. No matter how big or small my questions or concerns have been, he's always taken the time to respond to my emails promptly and make sure everything was looked into and sorted. It's made such a difference knowing there's someone who genuinely cares and follows through, rather than leaving you wondering what's happening. His communication has always been excellent, and he's consistently gone above and beyond to make sure any issues with the property were dealt with as quickly as possible. It's rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so genuinely supportive and easy to deal with. I'm very grateful for all his help over my tenancy period. Thank you for making my experience as a tenant such a positive one!

I have recently rented a property in Bracknell which is managed by Romans. My heartfelt thanks to Charlotte Travers, Salome Correia, and Donna-Marie Brant who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. They always helped me with true professionalism and with quick responses. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage. I bothered with so many emails, but always she get back to me with prompt responses with proper solutions. After relocating to my newly rented property, I also find Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. Further to my earlier view, I would like to add my experience with Romans Bracknell Branch. I have been staying in the same apartment for the last 3 years. I found the Property Management team very prompt and helpful. In particular, Mr Paul Collins, Property Manager (since December 2024), has been exceptionally dedicated and highly professional. He consistently displayed outstanding professionalism and went above and beyond to address and resolve every issue promptly and effectively.

Our property has been fully managed by Romans Lettings for 5 years now. The online system for repairs / work needed is excellent. What makes a huge difference to the service we receive is the access to and contact with our Property Manager, Paul Collins. He is always very helpful and shares knowledge / provides advice in a very timely manner. Paul is proactive in making contact about compliant matters that are due for renewal. Having his dedicated expertise and support on-hand really is valued and appreciated by me as a landlord.

I have rented my properties through the Bracknell branch of Romans for many years. Lisa Fazal has been my property manager and her service is exceptional. We have been delighted with the service from Romans Bracknell in helping us to sell our rental property in Forest Park. The team assisted us with an Early Termination Agreement under the new Renters Rights and the quickly and seamlessly put the property on the market, with the collaboration of our tenants and ourselves. The price indication was spot on and the property marketing by Jack Barton so effectively that it was sold within 4 days, with a great deal of interest generated by the team. Communication was excellent and Jack has been a pleasure to work with.

I had an excellent experience working with Daniel Hocking from the agency. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and always took the time to explain everything clearly. At the beginning of the process, I was slightly frustrated with Romans. During the viewings and immediately afterwards, they were very attentive and responsive to my questions. However, once I had committed to the purchase, the communication noticeably dropped off, which left me feeling quite annoyed. Tamsin was handling my case at the start, but I didn’t feel she was fully invested in my purchase. The lack of consistent communication became increasingly frustrating. That said, things improved significantly when my case was passed over to Lyndsey R. This was probably the best thing that could have happened. Lyndsey was absolutely fantastic, she kept me regularly updated, was always available to answer any questions I had, and made me feel completely at ease. No question ever felt like a silly one, and she was incredibly reassuring throughout what can be a stressful process. I’d like to personally thank Lyndsey for her outstanding support, she truly deserves 5 stars.

Jack came out to value my property, take the photos and market it.
