Her communication is very professional and she will always get back to you, either on the phone or by email. She is very knowledgeable, incredibly tenacious and has an open and honest approach to business. Romans track record speaks for itself and we have used them before which is why I called them for a valuation when we were ready to move again. We dealt with Jack Barton the first time and as before he didn't disappoint. I did get a couple of other valuations but once again Jack shone as being the most knowledgeable about the area, sales and overall statistics. He is extremely helpful but not pushy. As promised, we had several viewings before the property went live. The house took only 2 weeks to sell. From day 1, all of my calls were answered promptly and I was kept informed of all progress every step of the way. I would like to praise the entire staff of Romans because I had conversations with several other member of staff who were also very helpful. Well done Jack and all your colleagues.

The all round service experience from Romans in Bracknell has been great. In particular we would mention our initial contact with their sales team who helped us get a prompt appointment which lead us to meeting sales agent "Wilf". Wilf delivered exactly what we wanted from an initial viewing. He was punctual, very knowledgable about the house in the detail that we needed and, gave us good local knowledge about the immediate area. Most of all Wilf was a pleasure to meet and do business with so we cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

Hi people of Bracknell I want to tell me about romance company very bad company I was one year with them and I haven’t break anything or any scratching the house and a couple of weeks ago ago they pushed me to renew the tenancy again until I renew it the text me so many messages and they keep telling me come when you and when I did it and I spent almost £15,000 so far and so many things for the house because I’m just married and for no reason they tell me you have to leave the house and when I check it the landlord didn’t sign the tenancy because when they kick you out, you can’t claim on them or you can’t go to the police station or cancel to claim on them they’re gonna say the landlord doesn’t sign it and it is rubbish company even the customer service is very rude

The company is not good and they didn’t do anything for the property and one of my friend has been with them for one years. They kick him out with no reason and he has no hot water for two months he every day called them under the carpet was very bad. They always says we will come and there wasn’t and they will cheat you and they will never sign them signature on the tenancy they won’t ask you for deposit and they will not sign it. They will send you the tenancy without them sign on very bad company even once that is too much for them.

As a fist time mover, at 39, they were brilliant in understanding what I needed. Held my hand wonderfully and calmed any nerves. Which for somebody who has anxiety issues is massive. So to Charlotte, Abbi, Sarah and Sarah thank you. I'm now a 5 min walk from work and 7 min drive to my son. 2026: So I have left the flat, I want to shout out Reece Probert. I was trying to rent a property in bracknell, which is practically impossible these days to find one in a small amount of time and one that you like. The only people who made it possible were Romans at bracknell. I initially approached Amy for viewings of two properties, and she was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging the two viewings. Although the viewings were cancelled a few times because of the tenants, Amy was reassuring, patient, and tried her best to arrange them again according to my schedule. I loved the first property that I had viewed and went ahead but experienced some hiccups through the process. During this time I made several calls to the office to streamline the process and spoke with staff members, Madison, Charlotte T and Leo who were all patient, responsive and gave me incredibly assistance. Especially Leo, who clearly explained the reason and was extremely knowledgeable therefore giving me confident assurance. A special mention to Amy who was present from the beginning to the end and always responded immediately to my queries. She was a wonderful guide and it wouldn't have been so smooth without her. I am extremely pleased with the Romans team and grateful to them for helping me secure the property and call it my home! If you are looking to sell, buy or even rent a property, then look no further than Romans as they are swift, accommodating, friendly and look out for their customers giving them the best possible experience.

If you are looking for an estate agent that is friendly, approachable, listens to your hopes of selling your home for a good, fair price and helping you find your dream home, then contact Rohan at Romans, Bracknell. We hadn’t moved for 26 years so was an apprehensive ask of him. From his first visit to introduce himself, he reassured us he would be supportive from start to finish, and he was. Such a great team that he oversees and everyone is so friendly and no question is too much to ask. The photos taken of our house were attractive and very professional. The way the appointments and showrounds were managed took any worry away from us, and from our sale the coordination with all sides flowed really well. Lorraine covers the after sale and also communicated on a regular basis. Jack Barton was amazing from start to finish. Jack came out straight away and talked me through the process and provided a valuation. He booked in photos etc all the same day. He was extremley professional and frinedly, punctual and helpful. We have had such a smooth sale of our house. The bookings of viewings were made to suit us and we received feedback straight away.
