Daniel Hocking, well I must say, an amazing man. Knows his job inside out if you ask me. Extremely competent at what he does. He made moving into my new home feel like a breeze. When I was worried, he reassured me that everything would be just fine. An amazing consultant. I also cannot forget about mentioning Fin. I was given a full in depth tour of my new property by Fin, with no stone left unturned. He is also very competent at what he does. Overall, Dan and Fin has made my move a warm and welcoming experience, well done to the two of these amazing team members as a whole. 10/10.

Richard is extremely arrogant! Having already instructed Sears, he contacted me his offers! Trying to push me a service I have not requested. Wasted my time through emails, to send an arrogant message to say that If I don't agree to his offers of an additional service for which he is asking for an extra payment, and finished his email with: We are here if you decide to use Romans, if not I wish you all the very best. Avoid at all cost, the most arrogant agent i dealt with! If he deals like this with Landlords, imagine how he speaks to Tenants!
