The Romans Sales Team in Farnham are exemplary, not just in terms of support but also as a business with values. Matt who led the team who sold our home - with Sam and Jack - did absolutely everything they promised to do throughout the entire journey that was the sale of our home. They were never pushy with us and listened to what we needed and wanted at every stage. Me, my wife and our kids have now successfully moved to a beautiful new home as a result of their hard work, diligence, patience, resilience and honesty, and we could not be happier. I went with Romans through a referral after having 5 months of no luck with another estate agent. Romans found a buyer in a record breaking time of 2 days securing an asking price offer! The excellent service didn't stop there as they were always keeping me up to date on progress, pushing solicitors and facilitating communication between all parties was fantastic. A massive shout out to Hannah, Luke, Jack and Thomas who made a painfully slow sale a whole lot easier. I would 100% recommend this branch. Once the sale had been agreed in principle, it was a great help to have a dedicated “move manager” to chase up progress with conveyancing, not just with our own sale, but throughout the chain.
