Thank you Josh and the ladies who have helped me... I want to say what a totally fantastic service they offer... Had been to many agents in Farnborough with no joy whatsoever not even a viewing offered .. Saw Romans and thought so went in not holding out much hope... So that day sat with josh picked out a property josh made the viewing for the next day at 11am went viewed the property and straight away loved it... Josh sorted paper work helped me fill it in along with a couple of the ladies next day my offer was excepted and all sort ready to move in the 12th The best service ever so professional..... Romans of Farnborough helped us secure our rental property nearly two years ago and though we encountered several problems, they were helpful and got everything resolved. The standout person in all our dealings with Romans is Jacqueline Miles-Miller our property manager. Jacqueline is professional, courteous and kind, promptly replying to emails and arranging any contractual workers to the property for any work needed and yearly checks. Jacqueline also goes the extra mile in understanding that the property is a home and when we had a tenant who was immunosuppressed, pre-arranged and ensured that any service employees, such as gas service engineers, wore masks and were respectful in attendance at the property. We feel Jacqueline should be considered a role model for other staff, with timely, clear responses, updates about all things that are happening, whilst showing respect at all times. Thank you Jacqueline.

I worked with Romans Farnborough over several years. Renting out my property and then selling. I always found them helpful, knowledgeable and always responsive to emails and calls. I live abroad and they coped well with dealing with my issues on my behalf. I sold via their auction team in the end with their support and positive approach as I had not sold via auction before, I went for it and had a really positive experience. From lettings to sales this branch went above and beyond.

We had a positive experience selling our house through Romans Farnborough! Josh was really professional and came fully prepared when pitching as the agent to sell our home. Ashleigh was then fantastic at leading across the marketing and promotion of our home along with overseeing our viewings with Alishma. We were regularly updated and had 30 viewings booked within a week = house pitched at the right price to the right audience. Resulted in multiple offers at a level accepted. The Move Manager Alison was then great at keeping us updated and changing solicitors as it came towards completion.

Sam, Charlie and Mike at Farnborough made the whole process seamless! They kept us calm throughout but also gave us honest information when needed. We had over 30 viewings and some reasonable offers. After the sale was agreed they continued to support as we went through solicitors. Follow up calls have also been made since we have moved to check we are all settled. They accommodated multiple viewings and opportunities to visit the property to measure up, and never said "no" to any questions or requests. Ashleigh in particular was fantastic throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way and making sure we were kept updated - she even helped chase solicitors where possible! I also wanted to call out how fantastic the entire in-branch staff were on our completion day when funds were taking ages to go through - they let us sit in their office, offered us drinks and regular updates, and once they were able to give us the keys everyone cheered, especially us! It was Great being assisted by Bethany O’Sullivan, from the time when we 1st viewed the place and to processing our letting application. The reference checks to signing our tenancy all went very smooth. Thank you Beth, you are the best! It was one of the best customer services I have ever experienced from an Estate Agent. I would definitely recommend Farnborough Romans to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area. My wife and I were always in the loop on what is happening regarding the property we were interested in. We had Bethany O Sullivan as our agent (massive shout out to her) she was very helpful and always happy to help with no hesitation. She made us feel very comfortable to contact at anytime (business hours) to answer any little question we had. She made the whole experience less stressful for us. Letting us meet the deadline date to sign the contracts. You could feel she is proud of her work and everything was done to perfection, it was inspiring.

I tried to contact the agency but never had a response from Nikki Salmon the manager so I am sharing my really bad experience here. I was booked to see a property at 12:45, when I arrived there, I had to wait for over 30m on the outside as the person seeing the house before me saw the house first and just after him seeing the house he asked his wife to go and take a look, it means, they have not respected their time slot, the Estate Agent was with her back against the door, completely ignoring us or even saying “I am sorry can you pls wait”, it is a Saturday and we had other appointments through the day. The Estate Agent was chatty, answering queries and even gave a leaflet with the properties details and a card to the couple driving a fancy car. When she saw me she said: “So many people, wow!”, the property in question is a 4 bedroom house, it was me, my husband and my parents, that was extremely rude. She asked us to leave for the side door and not the main door as the couple seeing the house before us and she said: “if you have any questions call the office on Monday”. This is all she said to us! A very different treatment that the couple before us had. We all know we were discriminated against at that point. As this was not already enough, I emailed an offer to Hollie Evans asking that we were happy to amend our offer to secure the house, she NEVER even acknowledged the email. In the absence of Hollie’s contact, I called Romans and placed an offer over the phone, the person which I spoke to did not ask the property address or any other details, which was quite odd, it really seem no one was taking me serious enough. Since I have not heard anything since Monday, I decided to call to have an update, Hollie Evans once more treated me with disrespect showing she just did not care for the lack of contact. I am sorry, but this is not how someone should be treated, Hollie should at least apologised for the lack of communication, but she didn’t and she said we were not the right people for the property, how come she can say something like that? Once more I was discriminated against, I asked her to talk to her manager, she refused to give me your phone number or email address, I said that due to the fact that Romans Farnborough failed with me before, I wanted to have your details and contact you instead of waiting for a call, she just gave me your name, I asked her to spell Nikki as it could easily be Nick and she refused to do so, I had to Google you to find her details, I’ve emailed the agency 10 days ago and never had a response. My family was discriminated against and this has made my mother cried and caused a lot of emotional distress.
