Amazing customer service all round! The whole process from start to finish, and since moving(!), was and has been impeccable. Bethany O'Sullivan was our main point of contact for the majority of our questions and was always willing to be on hand which was great, she made for a smooth transition throughout. It was Friday afternoon and the tenant put in a "Help Now!!!!!" request. There was no heating in the house. Jesse responded immediately getting a contractor out to the property, as this time of year you need the heat. I applauded the initiative he took. Also he saved me, the owner, money, by not having to call out the much more expensive, 'after hours' team. It turned out to be a simple, inexpensive fix. But it was Jesse, taking the lead that made the difference.

This is a review of the sales team. Overall disappointing outcome of the sale of our property. Too many issues to mention occurred during the process, but here are some of them: agreed on a listing price - just after 2 weeks we were told to reduce the price by 10K! Almost every viewing the agents were late to, we have been given contradictory information by different members of the team. At one point, we had wrong photo and wrong rooms dimensions used (to our disadvantage). Weekend staff were poorly trained - they helped themselves into our property while we were in - without knocking or even introducing themselves completely confusing and startling us. After over 6 months with the agency and having given them a notice of contract termination, we finally managed to sell by doing the viewing ourselves and for the first time, having no prior experience. Some positives: all team members we have dealt with are very friendly and do respond quickly. The team were very helpful with the actual process of finalising the sale by supporting us in dealing with the solicitors and other relevant parties. We would also like to thank Ashleigh. She was professional, helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, she didn't do any viewings for us during the 6 months we were with the agency that could have helped us achieve better sale results faster. Having said that, a lot of training is needed to be done for the rest of the team, especially when it comes to doing the viewings and negotiating the price. We eventually sold for a lower price than other houses in the area with very similar specs.

I worked with Mia from Farnborough Romans on the viewing of the house, all the way up to completion. She was very professional, ensured that we always followed Covid-compliant rules when viewing houses for safety, and has been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. All in all, the process went by relatively smoothly and am now moved into my new home! Charlotte Walker has been amazing. We needed to make a very quick transition between properties and Charlotte was there to guide us. I approached 3 local estate agents in early Aug 17 with view to selling my property quickly and at the best possible price. After getting 3 separate valuations I chose Romans. The agent Tom was professional and proactive he also recommend he could achieve an excellent price. (he provided recent valuation & sale history evidence to give me confidence) In mid August the house was advertised and the viewings were very professional & efficiently handled, needless to say the house was sold within 13 days.
