Charlotte has been prompt at meeting for viewings, has called in amazing timescales to discuss matters, been fantastic at following up and has also shown understanding and consideration of my deadline to find accommodation. GoogleI recently had to find new tenants for my 1 bedroom house. From beginning to end the Farnborough Branch work hard getting photographs online and a detailed description published. Bethany O’Sullivan worked very efficiently and within a matter of weeks I had new tenants lined up. We had a choice of offers on the table. Amazingly we only had a one week gap between tenancies which was just enough time to spruce up the property. Big shout out the Bethany - keep up the good work!

GoogleI don't recommend Roman's lettings. Agents are unresponsive and have lied on numerous occasions from when we first started renting up until after we left. GoogleI would like to thank the Lettings Staff for their assistance in the rental of a property for my granddaughter. A specific mention must be made to Hollie Evans who was thoroughly professional in the negotiations with the landlord and kept us informed of every step along the way. Without her assistance we would probably have missed the deadline for the signing of contracts. I would strongly recommend making Romans of Farnborough your first port of call if you are looking to rent a property in the area.

GoogleWhen looking around speaking to several local estate agents, Romans from the initial contact stood out by far, and through the whole process never failed to disappoint. In a fairly tough market, I had plenty of viewings thanks to Charlie and Ashleigh, the property was only on the market a short time and until I received an offer, from viewings to quick completion I was kept informed throughout, the team always returned calls and emails promptly. I have been overwhelmed by the teams courtesy, professionalism and proactive approach, My biggest thanks goes to Mike who is a complete credit to Romans and went above and beyond to ensure the sale went smoothly and there was no bumps in the road which was my biggest worry. Selling and moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do, but thanks to the team it couldn’t have gone any better.
