Romans have been my letting agent for two years now. I started renting a property in Sunninghill through a private landlord back in 2019. Romans were hired two years into my contract due to problems with a previous letting agent and the landlords. Isabella York is my Property Manager. I have nothing but praise for Isabella, very easy to talk to, very understanding of my needs as a tenant and always responds to my emails and queries in a quick professional manner. This is the first time we have used Romans and the first time we have rented a flat too so I have nothing to compare it too. That said, I thought Nick Smith and Molly Greenfield were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to emails and calls (which is what we all want at the end of the day). Everything I asked for and which was due to arrive did and even after the deal was sealed, they handled a post signing issue immediately and sorted it to our top satisfaction. I have let my property with Romans twice and both times there is one common denominator - Nick Smith. Having rented c. 30 times in my life, both home and away, I have experienced many letting professionals. Therefore I speak from experience when I say that Nick is the most professional, and personable I have come across. Importantly, he 'gets the job done'! When he is involved you get results. He is informative, knowledgeable and responsive. He also goes way above and beyond to ensure that I, as the landlord, am informed and happy.
