Almost 1 month for referencing. Everybody says something different. Never seen an agency asking to share a private confidential sharing bank information. Property ready to live in and as excuse has problems almost at late timing. Left me without a damn Property and now need to vacate. "It doesn't take a month to do referencing" then leave you stuck to find your self to vacate.

Some series scummy people working for them beware. Moved out of property on agreed date because we were having to host people looking to buy property every other day for over 6 months. So far they have tried to charge us for extra 4+ months of rent despite it being in writing from them when we moved out, they have tried to put debt collectors from Energy company on a mentally disabled people that lived at property despite not being tenant. We had to but are own panels for garden then have taken court action because we removed the panel we bought and installed when we left. The house was left to them and likely was not rented or sold and thus they suddenly 6 months later decided, it was our responsibility that they left the house to neglect as the house has moisture issues and they didn't attend to it like we did. Avoid Sunningdale branch at all costs.

We had an available property 'to let' with another agent, the perception being, that it lacked viewings and promotion. On being approached by Romans, the Sunningdale Lettings Team, led by Justine, quickly and efficiently took on the role to find tenants. We can only describe, as what we had as a smooth seamless approach to getting frequent qualified viewings in a short space of time and being informed on all actions, as these progressed. Promptly leading to finding tenants in a very short timeframe. We also feel very confident that the 'front and back office ' support work very well together during the process of letting. We have recently sold my parents' former home through Romans. Following on from an initial appraisal visit from Greg and Dan, the service from the whole team has been faultless. We were kept fully informed of viewings and their outcomes and offered helpful advice on presenting the property in the best possible way to potential buyers. Despite the disappointment of a buyer pulling out earlier in the year, Greg continuously worked to secure the best possible deal for us.
