We haven't reached the end of the sale process and hence our relationship with Romans continues, however it feels timely to provide some feedback. Romans has consistently acted professionally and can be relied upon to do what they say they'll do, which is not always the case. We began our relationship with Romans with Greg, but now enjoy an open relationship with Gary; two different styles but we could trust both. Day to day dealings are with Morgan who has helped to move things forward through use of her pleasant assertiveness. We'd recommend Romans based on our experience to date.

Romans had the best selection of the types of properties we're interested in. They responded quickly to our initial request and took initiative with respect to finding new properties for us to look at. The deal was well negotiated. Once our offer was accepted, the follow up was helpful but possibly not as frequent as a stressed out buyer may like and despite repeated requests to change an email addresss they seemed to struggle with this.

We met with Greg at Romans a few times and eventually brought them on as a multi-vendor to sell our house as we had no luck for nearly 9months. The whole experience with Romans and the Sunningdale team has been first class ever since. They sold our house after 2 viewings. Really impressed with the people and service. Can not recommend enough!
