GoogleDidn’t get keys for the three of us for weeks after moving in. Maintenance system doesn’t work as no one knows who’s done what. Still waiting for issues to be resolved which were reported when we moved in months ago.

GoogleRomans is the worst lettings agent I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would strongly recommend anyone considering Romans as their lettings agent to pick another agency due to the shambolic customer service and dreadful after care.
