It is my pleasure to write this review for the Sunningdale branch of Romans and especially Iain & Nick. Initially they were very helpful and managed to rent our property quickly with out fuss. Unfortunately our circumstances changed which required a delicate hand and understanding. No task was too much trouble and a resolution was found between landlord and tenant.. We were contacted by the branch about our new property. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and handled the offer process brilliantly, keeping us updated the whole way and making sure the process was stress free. we used Romans Surveyors that were able to turn our survey around quickly, which was crucial to our purchase. The move team were equally as great, Lorraine in particular was very helpful in managing the process and sellers expectations when having to turn things around to a tight deadline. However, as constructive criticism is always useful, I would not say this is quite the five star rating, as no little extra's and luxuries which always make up the difference that you would associate with a five star rating, but all round great service from the whole team! Thanks for all of your help and support and for finding our lovely new home for us

I can not recommend Romans Sunningdale enough! I have used Romans for both a sale and a purchase on two separate occasions. I had a lengthy purchase that was drawn out by solicitors and a hard deadline to meet as result of the delays. Without exaggeration I called the office at least once a day for over 3 months. They were always extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was ever to much trouble. Dan and Ricky did everything they possibly could to help move things along quickly, pushing people that needed to be pushed. When they were unavailable Greg was also excellent to deal with, I was always able to reach someone to help. I truly believe if it had been another estate agency the purchase would have fallen apart. I also used Romans Sunningdale last spring to sell a property. I met with multiple local agents and found Dan to be very well prepared, methodical and informative and not pushy at all (I find many estate agents can be far to salesman like and unpleasant to deal with, but this was not the case at all). If you are thinking of selling a property or searching for a new one, do not hesitate to use Romans Sunningdale.

I can recommend Romans (Sunningdale) without hesitation, as they recently provided me with a consistently excellent level of service whilst marketing my property. They valued my property the same day I approached them, had a realistic pricing approach and appeared to know the local area well. Brochures and on-line advertising were quickly prepared, and before long they found me a well-qualified buyer and a sale was agreed. Once solicitors were instructed however, for various reasons, matters slowed to a snail’s pace for several months, and it was here that Romans really shone. They kept the purchaser reassured and up to date with progress whilst continually chasing those who seemed to accept long delays and endless queries as normal. Greg and Ricky were very helpful, but Daniel Collis was outstanding throughout and I firmly believe that without his drive and commitment, this sale would have fallen through.
