My wife and I recently sold our propety with the help of Romans estate agents in Farnborough. This was made so easy by the team and they made everything so simple by keeping us constantly updated every step of the way. It was our first sale so naturally we did not know what to expect and I think one of the team members noticed this. Jonathon picked up on this and over the course of the next few months he became our new guardian angel. He often worked to timmings that suited us, went out his way to answer any questions we put to him and even took the libity of calling us after he had finished work to ensure we was kept informed the second new information was received. We know for sure that given half the chance we will go straight back to Romans when it comes to moving again. There is a reason they are the most popular (not necessary the cheapest but the price reflects their work) estate agents in Farnborough and Jonathon easily ensures this reputation remains. On a down point, the only issue we did have was that Romans had over valued our propety by £15k, resulting in very few offers of our propety to start with, this took a few months for Romans to notice and cost us with time. Apart from that there was no problems what so ever so if your reading this, thank you Jonathon and thank you Romans.

There's a great team over at Romans, Farnborough. We tried to let our apartment several times and had a few glitches in doing so due to a change in our circumstances. Despite the back and forth Hannah (and later Charlotte) hung in there with us until we could finally get the property ready to let. The apartment was let in a matter of days from being advertised. From finding tenants, helping out getting a sofa delivered, organising gas and electricity safety checks to cutting keys - they were a professional team from start to finish!

Buying a house is a challenging time. My partner and I had been buying a property through another agents but after 6 months of putting up with them bending the truth, we'd finally had enough and pulled out. We were in a bit of a rush to find our next property due to having our first baby on the way. All I can say is thank god we found a vacant house that we love through Romans. We liaised with Lee Glome from the Lower Early branch to negotiate the deal for us, and once that was agreed upon, Romans hand you over to their "Move Management" team. Lisa Roe was the lady on point to assist us from beginning to end of the deal and was constantly chasing the vendors solicitor on our behalf. It is honestly the most professional service I've been lucky enough to of experienced. I can't thank Lisa enough for all of the help and support she gave us, it made our first time purchase a lovely experience, and it was all completed within 4 weeks! If only more estate agents were like Romans!

The service we received from Tom Skinner was excellent. He sold our house in two weeks and also arranged an open house one Saturday lunch time in December.. From the open house we had an offer which we accepted the following week, This was over the asking price due to the interest with the open house viewing. Tom was excellent,he updated us with every viewer we received at our property. Once we had sold the house Lisa Rowe then took over by updating us and our buyers with the progress of the sale. I recently sold my late father's house through Romans, I'm not usually a fan of Estate Agents but these guys were amazing! The manager, Jon Hawthorne, kept me updated all of the time, was professional but friendly too. While I was undergoing major surgery he decided not to pass on particular info that was not good news (ultimately it was all fine in the end) as he didn't think it would be beneficial at that point; I appreciate that, I would have just worried and it is good to see someone can think for themselves. Jon also came to see me in Maidenhead to discuss the sale as he knew that I found it upsetting to have to return to my late father's house. I stressed the need for a buy-to-let buyer so that my tenants would not have to move out, Jon took this on board fully. Full marks to Jon. Jon's colleague, Lisa Roe our Moves manager was also extremely professional and efficient and did a very good job. Thank you!

My experience with Romans in Bracknell has been excellent. I dealt mainly with Charlotte Wild, whom I found very professional and courteous. Whenever I left voice mail or "e" mail, Charlotte never failed to return correspondence. Always very helpful, with any problems that arose.
