If I could leave 0 stars I would . The continous lies from this agency is appalling. They are money hungry and VERY unprofessional. Rude attitude from Zara continously from the start to the end of my tenancy . I couldn’t ever have a conversation over the phone or in person without her disgusting attitude. They’ll promise you a property and give it to someone else and when you check out they will take the stupidest photos of dust ,to ask you to pay MORE money as it’s not “clean enough”. Save yourself the hassle and don’t even bother with them . Zara I suggest you learn how to talk nicely with your clients and not shout or give attitude .

From the initial meeting of Hadley who answered all our questions and explained their commitment to effective marketing which really stood out to us. Awful experience renting from Romans West Drayton. I didn't have a working cooker and oven for the entire time during my 5 months of tenancy and many things were broken, including the boiler which broke down about 3 times during my tenancy. At one point I was left with no hot water for days. Additionally, I was lied to right from the start on many things. The first one being that I was put next to a flat with HMOs which they did not tell me about. I had noise issues the entire time and the property manager did absolutely nothing about it. Avoid.
