Our property has been fully managed by Romans Lettings for 5 years now. The online system for repairs / work needed is excellent. What makes a huge difference to the service we receive is the access to and contact with our Property Manager, Paul Collins. He is always very helpful and shares knowledge / provides advice in a very timely manner. Paul is proactive in making contact about compliant matters that are due for renewal. Having his dedicated expertise and support on-hand really is valued and appreciated by me as a landlord.

I have recently rented a property in Bracknell which is managed by Romans. My heartfelt thanks to Charlotte Travers, Salome Correia, and Donna-Marie Brant who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. They always helped me with true professionalism and with quick responses. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage. I bothered with so many emails, but always she get back to me with prompt responses with proper solutions. After relocating to my newly rented property, I also find Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. Further to my earlier view, I would like to add my experience with Romans Bracknell Branch. I have been staying in the same apartment for the last 3 years. I found the Property Management team very prompt and helpful. In particular, Mr Paul Collins, Property Manager (since December 2024), has been exceptionally dedicated and highly professional. He consistently displayed outstanding professionalism and went above and beyond to address and resolve every issue promptly and effectively.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Matthew and Hannah, truly exceeded expectations! I have used Romans in the past and have never been disappointed, but this time they completely exceeded expectations. From the very start, Matthew Leigh was fantastic. He showed an incredible amount of patience throughout the initial process, which was deeply reassuring. What I appreciated most was that before I had even signed the contracts to sell the house with him, he wasn't pushy at all, whereas many other agents definitely would have been. Within the first week of going on the market, the team secured multiple offers. Before even presenting them to me, they had already graded them by quality, allowing us to have a transparent, open discussion about the pros and cons of each before choosing the best buyer. The completion process took longer than expected, which is when Hannah Rawlings stepped in as the go-between for myself, the solicitors, and Matthew. Hannah was just as amazing, constantly chasing updates and keeping everyone firmly in the loop. We hit a few stumbling blocks along the way, including a rather aggressive mortgage survey. While other agents might have pressured me to reduce the agreed price just to close the deal, Matthew stood firm. He navigated the situation perfectly and negotiated like a true professional. Matthew has all the hallmarks of a brilliant leader, and I would be genuinely shocked if he doesn’t become the manager of the Reading branch over the next few years. If you want a team that genuinely deserves a five-star rating, look no further than Matthew, Hannah, and the Romans team. Thank you all!
