TrustpilotAVOID THIS DISHONEST AGENCY
Worst real estate agency I've ever dealt with. Almost going to bring them to court. Razvan Boerean was our property manager. We have been trying to get our deposit back for more than a year. Every time we called there was some excuse like "He's out for lunch" or "He's on annual leave soon" followed by "he'll call you back". He didn't call us back and we've had to chase our deposit for months. It's been more than a year since we moved out and still haven't gotten our deposit back yet. Furthermore, our emails are just ignored and not even an explanation for such a delay or the costs of any deductions was given. Our naivete has been taken advantage of because we didn't know that our deposit insurance only lasted for 3 months and now they are very obviously just trying to steal our deposit. I have sent the last email to them with a 14 day deadline for an explanation or my deposit back. In a week if I don't receive anything I will take all the evidence I have and bring them to court. Avoid this unscrupulous company for your own safety.

GoogleAvoid this letting agency at all cost! I have experienced many letting agents in the past, but Kingsdene JLL Leeds letting agent is extremely unhelpful! Very rude and bad customer service! Never pick up the phone and extremely BAD management service. Kingsdene JLL Leeds (specifically Sam Womersley) is extremely rude to customers and his attitude is unacceptable. Very disappointed!

GoogleHad a great experience with JLL renting an apartment. Great communication, speedy answers to queries and issues were fixed very quickly. One of the best renting experiences I’ve had (Catherine our property manager was amazing, the first time I’ve ever had a property manager check in out of the blue to make sure everything was going well!) GoogleAVOID!!! Myself and a friend started the process to rent an apartment with JLL, all information that was requested from us was filled in and in a timely manner, JLL requested a holding deposit to which we paid instantly to ensure we could get this processed as fast as possible, due to no fault of our own the agreement can not go ahead and we have now been bluntly advised the holding deposit is non refundable, we tried our best to ensure that everything was completed and JLL are refusing to give us our holding deposit back under section 3 of the holding deposit terms, to which we never wanted to back out of the agreement at all. Complete theft from a company to do this to individuals that are looking to move as fast as possible and now we are left with no holding deposit to put down on another property. Would completely AVOID at all costs, plenty of reputable & professional estate agents in Manchester and I will be looking to dispute this further.

GoogleUnprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards tenants. We agreed viewings slots in our apartment with George and asked him several times to ask viewers to take their shoes off. We have a toddler who plays all the time on the floor and try to keep our apartment as clean as possible. We left the apartment for the viewings and when we arrived at the apartment all the carpets were full of stains and shoes marks. Such unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST! What an absolute joke of a company. I was looking for an accommodation back in August. They almost never reply to your emails. If you call them up, they just collect your details, tell you that they will send you an email and ignore you for days. They advertise accommodations on their websites that are not even available anymore. It takes their agents weeks to reply to your emails and messages. They tell you that an accommodation is available, ignore your messages for a whole week and then they inform you that they gave the accommodation to someone else. They are wasting your time, energy and money. There’s zero communication between the different departments. They don’t care about their customers at all.

GoogleI had a viewing today and after been outside the property waiting and trying to contact them, Grace Salvini sent me an email saying that the property is no longer available. They said they called me and left a voicemail but I don’t have any missed call or voicemail at all. I also had to ask for the day off at work to do this viewing as I need to move asap. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
