GoogleAvoid this letting agency at all cost! I have experienced many letting agents in the past, but Kingsdene JLL Leeds letting agent is extremely unhelpful! Very rude and bad customer service! Never pick up the phone and extremely BAD management service. Kingsdene JLL Leeds (specifically Sam Womersley) is extremely rude to customers and his attitude is unacceptable. Very disappointed!

GoogleRenting: Thank you Rico for showing me the right flat at the right time. After not having found one for a long time, Rico was able to find exactly what I was looking for. He is very professional and nice. Maintenance: The Property manager, despite her huge efforts and level of care, put me through a difficult experience when I needed maintenance. According to what my property manager said my landlord seemed offensive against me without knowing me. I am a professional as well so this behaviour felt odd given I pay rent on time, all bills and always keep the house clean and tidy. Having been unwell in 2022, I was aiming for some calm this year, instead I am afraid of using anything in the house now knowing the maintenance process or that it won t be repaired at all. This is the first time in my 11 years in UK that I receive offensive comments by a landlord.

TrustpilotGo ahead if you want to live through a nightmare
This is with regards to Mr David and Ms Ioana from the Docklands branch. Came home to my flat which had a leaking ceiling and that's where the nightmare started. Was not able to get any help from the agent and had to open my windows to air the carpet floor which was soaked. This was in winter, got infection due to mold from the room. Had multiple people enter my flat, take multiple pictures and videos but nothing was done. Wardrobe was destroyed due to the leaks and several of my own clothing. They did not tell the landlord at all so he was in shock when he found out. All in all took 6 months for the whole issue to resolve, and till the end of my tenancy, the wardrobe was not even fully fitted back in so I lived half a year out of a suitcase. Always impossible to get them on email, and always need to make several phone calls before I can finally get hold of them, and then I am told they were JUST about to call me back. They only treat the landlord like a god and renters like trash. Now I am trying to get my deposit back but receive no replies on email. Absolutely no professionalism. They should be ashamed of their own existence.
