The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.

GoogleDisappointing services. I asked the property manager to get the acceptance from the tenant to pay for the cleaning fee as the check out report mentions further cleaning needed. She arranged the cleaning and deduct tenant’s deposit without their acceptance. Eventually, the tenant lodged a dispute to TDS. New tenant moved in for less than a month and requested to fix the door. JLL paid the expense by deducting from the rent without my consent. It’s not the first time, unacceptable! Check in report is yet to be received after 1 mth since new tenant moved in. Chased the report but no response.
