GoogleWe have been with JLL for a few years now and Taysir has been by far, the most proactive and helpful property manager we have worked with. Taysir is always polite and patient which makes dealing with issues easier and a lot more smooth.

GoogleJLL has several branches worldwide, and one of the branches is well-known by the name JLL London City in England. Actually, if I had the opportunity, I would rename this branch to JLL Hannah Linch. Yes, exactly! That is not an exaggeration, and please do not misunderstand me. I didn't even end up securing an apartment because the situation was a bit specialized and complex due to time constraints and prices, and unfortunately, it didn't work out in the end. But from the first second to the last, Hannah was so professional and friendly, making every effort to ensure everything went smoothly. She kept me informed every minute about the situation. I felt like a guardian angel was supporting me throughout. Any company that works with Hannah, whether it's JLL or any other, should consider themselves very fortunate. I've dealt with several JLL branches personally and professionally in Frankfurt and Manchester and was satisfied with the service level, but this JLL where Miss Hannah Linch is based is a GOLDen branch of Jones Lang LaSalle.

GoogleMy flatmate and I had just recently rented a new property which had gone through JLL as our letting agency. Our agent was Amelia and we could not have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend the service! We both felt she made the introduction process as easy as possible for us, making it a smooth transition. Some bumps occured here and there, but the timely and professional responses from our agent Amelia has made the process alot easier on us. It has been a pleasure having Amelia help us with the big move. 5/5 would recommend! Thank you again!

GoogleWe dealt with Isobel to secure our new home and I have nothing but positive words to share for the whole process and Isobel’s part in this. We initially inquired about a different property, which unfortunately had just been let. Isobel however kept us in mind and informed us a similar property had just dropped in price. We went to view the apartment the next morning, and 5 days later we moved in. The whole process was so smooth, and Isobel and the whole team are so professional. Do yourself a favor and rent or buy your next home through JLL Greenwich.
