2 times they have been to appraise my house and i never hear anything back. On the second occasion i mentioned my first experience and got told it wouldn't happen again. it did. They then contacted me a 3rd time for an appraisal. DO NOT USE.

Do NOT rent with John D Woods in London (specifically Notting Hill). For most of my tenancy I was left without an oven and a bathroom door. They have been extremely rude and aggressive on the phone & I never received any compensation or empathy for not having an oven to cook. Or a bathroom door in a studio flat... But most importantly - I left the property a year ago and STILL have not received my deposit back. They do not reply to email or provide answers on the phone - always saying they will investigate. Please please can someone get in touch to send me the deposit, I have nearly £2,000 stuck with John D Woods.

She was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough, making sure we had all the information we needed. Eilis took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything in detail, which made the whole process much easier for us. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made us feel very comfortable.
