Michael was amazing. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the house and the neighbourhood. They really supported us throughout the buying process and even after! A week after closing the sale and moving in, I got caught in the rain and I bumped into Michael who gave me his umbrella. What a legend!

As a first time buyer I had very little understanding of the process of buying a flat- Adnan was so helpful and took the time to help me understand each step. The process was made more challenging due to the seller being international which introduced time differences and language barriers. Adnan continued to go over an above to efficiently resolve issues which inevitably arose.
I really appreciated his continuous communication to keep me informed of progress! Not all estate agents would take the time in the last few weeks of the sale to text updates everyday.
